The technician was great. Whoever is in charge of scheduling wasn't super professional while texting, and incorrectly scheduled us which had the tech come a whole day early which was annoying but at least the garage door is fixed. We needed our door put back on the track and everything is working now. Tech- 10/10. Scheduling and customer service person- 7/10.
