I call Veteran Garage Door Service for a repair. My cables and rollers were damaged and needed repair. Their Technician Clinton called and asked if it would be alright if he came early. Ten minutes later he was knocking at my door. He introduced himself and when straight to work. He kept me informed during the entire repair process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a definite asset to your company. I would absolutely recommend him and your company to all my neighbors. Keep up the good work!

I really appreciate Jovani and Veteran Garage door. The service was great. I had two broken garage springs and Jovani replaced both of them in less than an hour. I watched him and asked questions out of curiosity in case this ever happened again. Maybe I can fix this issue on my own next time I thought. well after watching and seeing the work and the know-how that came with his experience, I can confidently say if I ever have an issue with anything garage door related again, I will be giving Veteran Garage door a call. My garage would not open, my car was stuck for a week in the garage. The springs had broke along with the cables and the door was way to heavy to lift! CJ (Clinton H) came in gave us a quote, he was kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job, he was friendly and was able to work out the details with my landlord to fix the issue quoting us the best deal along with all that needed to be fixed. he convinced us the importance of each item needed so that we would not have the issue again he explained in detail the warranty and all that it covers, he completed the work and my garage not only works well but it's silent, no more loud openings and closing in the middle of the night and I can access it from my smartphone within the app!

Veteran Garage Door Service was amazing! They scheduled us quickly and even came out on July 4th to diagnose and repair our problem with no added cost for it being a holiday. Prices were reasonable and customer service was incredible! We highly recommend them and will be using them for any future garage door needs.

Came out same day to troubleshoot our issue due to lightning strike. They were able to get the parts & repair our garage door opener within 2 days. Dealing with garage door issues is not something anyone wants to deal with ever, especially right before Christmas. Luckily Veteran Garage Door Services was the only company that answered the day before Christmas Eve. And we lucked out with a really great technician, Jovani. Jovani the technician who came to correct a bad sensor was incredibly knowledgeable and went beyond in making sure the door worked properly. He preformed multiple tests including checked the wheels, spring and lubrication. I never realized how out of tune the door was. Now it functions smooth and sounds like a new door. Torsion Spring broke on my garage and we needed a fast repair. Our tech Jovani from Veteran Garage Door came out Monday night to replace the spring and get our door opening again. After working the garage he noticed the fix would work but didn't want to leave us with a door that wasn't aligned properly for our garage. They came back out the very next day and took care of everything. If you need your garage door fixed it's a no brainer to call these guys.
