Veteran Garage Door Repair repaired our garage door spring. Excellent service! The technicians called us before our scheduled appointment time to see if it was alright to arrive early. Once they arrived, they assessed the issue and gave us our options. They were very efficient in getting the job done. Once they fixed the spring, they made sure everything was working properly.

Again great service from VGD. JT was my tech this time. Gave me a notification before he arrived. Got here exactly when he said he would. Most importantly these guys know what they're doing. I had a spring that broke. The door had two springs and JT recommended to replace both, which I did. I decided to replace the rollers with new nylon rollers. I only did that because I really liked the service I got and they clearly know what they're doing. If you want the job done professionally, promptly and they tell you beforehand exactly what it will cost, go with Veteran Garage Door.

We were on our way to the store-or so we thought. Our garage would not open all the way because of a broken spring. We couldn't get our car out even after pulling the release. We called three garage repair companies first. They either didn't answer or couldn't get to us until tomorrow or the next day. Veteran Garage Door Repair was the only place that had an available same day appointment.
Our technician was at our door in 30 min. He gave us our options and explained the pros and cons clearly. About an hour or so later, our garage was back working with better quality springs and a two year warranty. Thank you for the speedy service!

We were having problems with our Garage door opener. We called Veteran Garage Door. They responded promptly and came next morning. Jordan was the technician. He was Competent, fast and friendly. He did the job and explained all the details to me. I was very satisfied with his service. When I called for service, their staff was friendly and gave me clear understanding, as what to expect. So, I got home from work on Friday around 04:30pm to discover my garage door was struggling to open. Like most homeowners, I don't know much about garage doors, more specifically when they aren't working as they should. I attempted to diagnose the problem myself and after disengaging the garage door from the track on the garage door opener, I figured the spring had broken since the door wasn't very easy to open by hand. I contacted Veteran Garage Door Repair and was pleasantly surprised to have someone actually answer the phone considering it was just a few minutes from when a lot of businesses would let their calls go to voicemail for the weekend. The representative I spoke with took my information down and said that they would forward it along to their dispatch / repair tech team and I would receive a call back. Sure enough, one of their guys called me back within five minutes to talk through the issue and schedule an appointment to diagnose / repair the issue for the following day (Saturday) between 12-2. So, Saturday comes along, and I receive a courtesy call at noon from the repair tech saying he was on the way. He arrived around 12:30pm and told me pretty much me what I assumed; the spring was broken. The tech had the parts on hand and had the repairs done within about 90 minutes. I won't mention the price I paid in my review for a couple reasons. Although I will say that the cost was slightly more than I was expecting, it wasn't nearly as costly as I thought it could have / would have been. Secondly, with this problem coming up on a Friday evening and to receive next day repair on a Saturday, I was more than happy to pay the price that I was quoted. I wasn't about to call around to other companies to comparison shop or even worse, watch a bunch of YouTube videos and try to fix it myself.
All in all, I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Veteran Garage Door Repair and would recommend them to anyone. They did an outstanding job from my initial call to when the repairs were done. It's refreshing to know there are still businesses out there that follow through with what they say and take care of their customers.

I am very happy with the ease and professionalism of dealing with Veteran Garage Door Repair. I needed a whole new garage door installed. They were very prompt about getting back to me. I had a whole new door installed within 2 days from the initial phone call. The cleanup was on point. 10/06/23 After a terrible experience with another company earlier in the day I call Veteran Garage Door Repair. Within a few hours Jake arrived on the scheduled time. He went right to work installing the garage door opener I had purchased new myself. Within a short time he was cleaning up the work area and on his way. Jake was very professional and did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend Jake and this company to anyone needing garage door service.

I need to have 2 new springs, cables and wheels put on. He did an excellent job and finished within an hour. He gave me a discount of 10% as we had quite a bit of work done. The parts and the service come with warranties and it was all well explained to me.

I had a spring bust off on my garage door. I typically like using veteran owned businesses to support them. I had a man named Martin Muranio come out and give me a quote. A week later I went through with it. Very respectful and professional. They came back to adjust the door also. Definitely recommend!

I had difficulty with my garage door for around a month. The technician from this Company was prompt and proficient in his repairs. The situation was back to normal once he programmed a new remote. Sam, the technician, showed up on time and told me why I shouldn't try to install my own garage door spring. The pricing was really reasonable, especially considering the warranty included with the spring and installation. I'll call them to install a fancier garage door when I sell my house.
