They are the best. On time and working hard to replace the spring in a two car Garage. I went with their recommendation of replacing a broken single spring with 2 springs. They worked hard in a garage with no windows and it was probably in the mid 90's. I was just watching and I just had to fix them some Ice water to try and help them cope with the heat.
They were working just as hard and fast as they could and did an excellent job which I am hoping will last as long as the original spring did, about 30 years. If anyone asks me they are the Company to call for help.

Due to an unfortunate situation, the cable on my new garage opener needed repair/adjustment. VGDR sent Tech Wes and Supervisor TJ to assist timely. They honored my warranty. Wes worked diligently to fix the problem! TJ's examination addressed another concern, which led to the replacement of the lower roller brackets. GREAT JOB!

They provided great service. I used their service 3 times within 2 years. New door installation, door panel replacement (I fit the panel when I backed up little earlier before the door completely open), then today I needed chain replacement. It was easy fix but after technician left, I heard pop sound and smoke came from motor. It was 16 years old motor.
It was time to get a new one. I called him right away, he came back to check the motor. He removed old rails, chain, the motor from the garage while I went to HomeDepot. He installed my new motor. He already fixed the problem I had before we found the motor needed to replace and installed new motor and rail and everything. But they only charged installation fee.
They reimbursed and refunded the money I paid extra for their first service. They usually be on time. If they are not able to, they communicated with me and gave me update. Technicians were very honest every appointments and gave me a great advice every time when I ask their opinions. I highly recommend this company.

This company is the best. They came to our rescue on the busiest day of the year. Of course on a weekend too. Unfortunately, a few days later the garage door came off the rails and they had to come back out. I was so grateful they did not make us wait a day longer. They sent the same crew back out and had it fixed in no time. Great customer service. We appreciate all their efforts to get our garage door fixed without the wait. Highly recommend them.

Jesse from Veterans Garage door was able to come out earlier than expected (called and asked and was very easy to work with) and knocked out our repair in a timely manner. He was professional, knew what he was doing and informative- showed me some additional spots that needed some attention and explained some differences in an upgraded parts to let me make an informed decision by asking questions about how long we planned on living in the home and the types of usage we put the door through so he could advise properly. Would recommend 10/10 Veterans Garage Door to anyone needing service or repair. Will use again in the future if needs arise.

I don't normally write Google reviews, but these guys deserve one. My garage door jammed itself crooked on the rails, leaving it partially open. It was outside of normal business hours when I called Veteran Garage Door Repair and was expecting to have to leave a voicemail. Instead, I got a friendly service rep who had dispatch call me back and scheduled me for the next morning!
The technician, Sergio, was great! He arrived early, was professional, and thoroughly answered all my questions. He definitely knew what he was doing. Quickly got the door back on track and operating how it should. He even stayed within his original estimate for the repair. It was a great experience. Thank you!

I contacted Veteran Garage Door when my door spring broke. I looked for a potential repair service in the BBB and liked their company profile and the fact they didn't have any grievances against them. I contacted them from the BBB site so that made contact easier. I also went to their website and I like their company policies. They don't charge a trip charge, there is a no obligation in-home estimate and they don't charge extra on weekends.
They responded quickly and there was no pressure. The company was very professional and followed up with call to set an appointment. My repairman came out and did an excellent job. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Zack assessed my situation and gave me an up front quote and there was no hidden fees or mark ups added on. Zack worked quickly and efficiently.
He got the job done fast and was intent on my complete happiness with his work. He was very respectful of my property and cleaned up before he left. I am extremely happy with Veteran Garage Door, their work and Zack's service. I am so happy I called them.

In fact, I was provided a next day appointment. They do not overcharge you. In fact, they offer a military discount. Also, they do not quote unnecessary repairs to make more money. This company is fantastic! Our garage door spring broke on Friday evening over 4th of July weekend. I called and was surprised they even answered the phone since it was almost 7pm. They came the next day on a Saturday nonetheless. The tech was professional, efficient and polite. He diagnosed the issue right away, gave me a quote and got it repaired in just under 90 minutes.
I wish it didn't cost an arm and a leg but it was actually less than I expected and the cost of home ownership and maintenance. Sergio was our tech and he was great. I'd definitely recommend!

This company is great! Very professional but still friendly and customer service oriented. Christian was an excellent tech to work around my mess to replace the spring, and add one, to lubricate the door, replace the wheels, and had a backup remote! With all the heat, he worked efficiently and thoroughly and was done in about an hour. I'm in NFtW Alliance area. He called to let me know he would be early and gave me a price right away. Very reasonable. Definitely recommend. Thanks so much!

First time using Veteran Garage Door. I have finally found a company that I want to refer to friends and family. I initially called for a technician to come out and look at our faulty garage opener. After making an appointment, I immediately received a text with information regarding the appointment. Unlike any other service providing company, the technician (Sergio) was not only on time, but he was early.
He called to ensure we were fine with him arriving early, and was extremely professional and thorough with the inspection. While we ended up needing a new opener, there was no pressuring sales pitch. Quick service, price difference between the different springs were not much so I went with lifetime springs for my garage door, which was broken. They called me to let me know they can come even earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Installation and maintenance was quick! My total downtime for my garage was about 3 hours, from knowing something was wrong, calling Veteran Garage Door Repair and getting it fixed! Not bad, I'm highly impressed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in Waxahachie!

Wow. I can't say enough about Veteran Garage Door Repair. We had the gnarly winter storm last week that knocked our power out for 4 days. Our garage ended up breaking - a bracket came off, the wheels fell off the track and almost hit my car - not sure if that's all the right garage terminology, but it makes sense in my head. Anyway. I called them Friday.
They set an appointment between 10-12 Monday. Joshua was on time. And he fixed my garage, and it's not even noon yet! To get a quote is free. I said yes fix it - and he was able to fix it there same day. He replaced the bearing rollers, screwed in a few spots, and straightened things out for me. The receipt was detailed. And he also helped me install a key pad opener.
And he told me the labor comes with a year warranty. My total was $260. I felt like I got a good deal, all things considered. I called a few other garage door repair shops, and some charged just to come out and give a quote. I'm glad I went with Veteran Garage, and I'd use them again and recommend Joshua to anyone. He's friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Also! Almost immediately after, I received a call from someone just checking to see how everything went. Great service.

Zach was amazing! He was very professional, knowledgeable and understood exactly what was going on, and explained the issues thoroughly so we understood. He was eager to help even after a long day which is very rare to see. Their prices were way below the competition. He fixed the door in less time than anticipated. I called Veteran Garage Doors at 4pm on Thursday because my 40 year garage door had finally given up and they happen to come up on my garage door service search on Google! They came out on Friday to give the free estimate and had their crew out on Saturday morning at 8am to replace the door. By 11am I had the exact color and door style I wanted installed perfectly! The service is excellent, their prices are fair, the work is quality AND they are super fast! I would recommend these guys 100%
