Prompt service when needed! Everyone from telephone to onsite service personnel was very polite and helpful, answering all questions and providing needed support. Wright Choice plumbing did a great job on my Hot Water heater problem. They diagnosed the problem and had the parts on the truck. They showed me the estimate, and did the repair the same day. The tech was very knowledgeable, extremely polite and professional. This is the first time I have used this company, and I will use them again if I need any plumbing work done.

Grayson and the guys at Wright Choice Plumbing came out Monday and figured out quickly that I had a leak in the water lin between the house and meter. They went ahead gave me a fair price and scheduled the repair for Wednesday. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They did an excellent job and informed about everything they were doing. They even advised me to take the invoice to the city to get some money knocked of my bill. The 2 fellows from Wright Choice plumbing called and said they were on their way. Showed up on time and were very professional. They presented me with an estimate; I agreed and they went right to work. During this time they kept me updated on their progress. They also inspected my existing plumbing and offered suggestions on how I should proceed with my plumbing updates as the plumbing approximately 50 yrs old. I will use Wright Choice in the future for any issues or problems.

Extraordinary service with Wright Choice plumbing! Jerry and Amare were most especially accommodating. They came right out. Upon arriving they explained what options were available for my plumbing issue. The choices were not ideal since my toilet was old, basically an antique. These gentlemen went the extra mile at this point. They suggested that I would be better served to get a new toilet than by repairing my older one.

I am elderly and caregiver for my sister 24/7. It was not feasible for me to run out to purchase a new one. My predicament was obvious to Jerry and Amare. They offered to reserve, pick up, and deliver a new one to my home. I was astounded at their compassion and kindness. They went and returned with my new toilet, got right to work, completed the installation, and asked me to test the flush to be sure I was satisfied.

I certainly was and am. These people and this company are fantastic! Plumbing issues are very costly in today's world. Their pricing is very fair. I recommend Wright Choice to anyone who needs plumbing service. I cannot express how impressed I am. Thank you gentlemen, thank you.

Wright Choice Plumbing was super responsive, providing quick service to come out, diagnose the problem, quote options, and replace our hot water heater! Very professional and friendly.

Super helpful and arrived right on time. Quote was competitive and the two technicians were very friendly. Fixed a leaking hose bib and prv and both seem to be working fine now. Would definitely do business with them again.

Called on a Saturday and they came right over. Technician was very nice and friendly. He was open and honest about the work, gave a good price, and did great work. Came back Monday to do some more work and again they were very quick and efficient. Even came back again the next day to adjust something that was needed.

Fast and reliable. It was more expensive than some other quotes I got, but they: showed up on time when I called, did the work when they said they would (quickly and well), and were prompt to respond to questions and phone calls. You get what you pay for. I had asked another company to come do the job (another name for toilet, a lot like the work they do) and they ghosted me, never called back, were late to arrive during their time window. Time is money, and I ain't got the time nor the money for that bullsh.

After reading all the great reviews on google and facebook called on Tuesday to find out when available to give quote on replacement of old hot water tank and addition of disconnect switch. Spoke with Jacob, the owner and was able to schedule someone for next day. Wright Choice Plumbing was able to give a much better price than other quotes. Next day after quote new hot water heater installed little under 2 hours. Technician, Jerry was very nice and professional. Will use for future needs and highly recommended Wright's for plumbing needs.

We wanted to upgrade the disposal and the the connecting pipes under the kitchen sink. I met with Jacob; I showed him photos of the existing plumbing hook-ups and we discussed desires and options. The technicians promptly arrived based our previous agreed to time and proceeded to follow through on the plans. Reviews can set a high bar and they cleared it. From the initial call with Jacob to set up a consultation to Nathaniel and Amari quoting and then coming back to solve our issues we could not be happier.
