Sergio was an awesome tech. Very nice, and explained everything he needed to do and answered any questions we had. He was scheduled to be here between 6-8. He called at 5:15 and said he'd be at our house at 5:35. He was right on time and the job was done in 1 1/2 hours! Hoping to not have to have anything else fixed, but if we do, we will certainly be calling again!
