Here before scheduled time. Was friendly, informative and diligent with his work. Changed broken spring, lubricated all points tested all operations and asked if there were any questions and asked if there was anything else he could help with. Very good experience. Will call Veterans if there is need in the future. Also will recommend Veterans to friends and neighbors.

I called for an estimate for a garage door replacement, because the "other guy" told me that was what was needed. This angel from heaven itself shows up and assures me he can fix it for pennies on the dollar of the previous quote. Let's be crystal clear, I WAS PREPARED TO SPEND THOUSANDS, and he has my old door working better than it ever has, for literally pennies on the dollar of what I worked OT to pay for. I was having problems with a fairly new garage door and decided to give them a call when I was driving behind one of their vehicles. The staff was friendly and helpful. On service day, the tech was on time, also friendly and he explained everything up front. Told us exactly what was wrong with the door which was a simple fix and charged us accordingly. Has definitely added them to our "rolodex" for the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. I scheduled my appointment the day before and it was a pleasant experience. I received a call the morning of telling me the technician who was scheduled to come out wasn't available, but will get someone out as soon as possible. I received a call earlier than expected and he was able to assess my damage and assure me he can fix it. Trent was done in no time fixing my garage. I also got a call later to ensure everything was fine which is A+customer service. They are the only people I trust to work on my garage doors.

Christian the technician was on time efficient and took the time to explain his work. I did not feel pressured to have him do the work. Cost was reasonable and fair.
