The truth is that Veteran Garage Door Repair should get five metals. They are doing a fantastic job, just like all the good reviews say. The tech advised on how to fix it cheaply. My garage door's spring mechanism broke a few weeks ago. After searching, I decided to contact veteran garage door repair. I thought I'd never get anyone out on a Saturday. Surprisingly, they arrived 45 minutes after I called and finished the job in an hour. Our garage door was custom-built, and the parts are no longer accessible. So I got a new setup (without a door which was okay). I was happy with the answer and how quickly the job was done. Thanks a lot!

Veteran Garage for the Win! My spring broke, & at first I called another company & they didn't call or come out on the date we agreed upon. I then called Veteran, they scheduled me for the next day. Their technicians are very courteous through the entire process. The tech communicated with me before arriving, arrived on time & gave me pricing for the new spring within 5 min of arrival. The tech also helped me re-program my garage door while he was here. He was very efficient, everything was completed within 45 minutes.

Veteran Garage Door Repair is one of the best. The staff was helpful when I called today. They texted the tech's arrival time. Jose is a tech guy who is very skilled. Once he replaced a broken spring, he checked my door and suggested a few improvements. He replaced a few hinges and tightened every screw. Also, he fine-tuned the belt for free. He never tried to upsell me, which is rare today. I really think you should hire them to fix your garage door.

Technician Zach was here early for our appointment and was ready to go! He looked at the door, made an assessment, told me how he was going to repair it and gave me the cost. Zach replaced all the rollers and cables, greased up the hinges and was done in a little over an hour. The cost was a little high BUT you get what you pay for. Professionalism, great service, quality parts and a warranty. Very happy with Veteran Garage Door will definitely call on them again for any future garage door needs! Great job!

We just had a new garage door installed today. I'm very pleased with the quick service we received. I scheduled the inspection on Saturday, and it was installed Tuesday. The technician arrived in the expected timeframe. He was here for roughly 2 hours. We are definitely satisfied with how it came out.
