Simply put, this is why I recommend Raheem at Armstrong Locksmith: My parents - who are in their 70s - needed an extra key made for their 2022 Outback (which is a rare key). I had to call Raheem about five times, because my dad is old fashion and asks a lot of questions after he had been burned out trying to get many other people (including Subaru) to do it properly.
When I convinced my dad to use this service, he and mom took me out for lunch afterward, and they both were telling me how kind Raheem was to them. They loved his heart and soul. As a son of two senior citizens, that means a lot to me personally.

Highly recommend Armstrong Locksmith and specifically Raheem. Our lever door handle stopped engaging so the door turned into a wall. I was able to conveniently discuss the issue and set up a time for the work through text, which was very convenient. Raheem let me know 30 minutes out that he was on his way and made quick work of solving the door handle problem. He replaced it and rekeyed it to match our existing locks. Courteous, prompt, and overall awesome. 5 gold stars

Highly Recommended! I purchased a 2001 Volkswagen Bug and only had one key which is scary. I had ordered keys off a website and called several locksmiths that weren't even able to cut the keys. I called Raimey and immediately went to see him for him to cut the keys and even program the chips. Reasonable price considering this is a very difficult model to deal with. And even running through issues along the way Raimey is doing everything to resolve these issues!

Awesome service! Had to copy a spare key and never got the time to due to work but the Locksmith was able to help me even though I asked pretty later at night since that was the only time I had. He was very nice and was able to help me get my spare key quickly. I Definitely recommend Armstrong Locksmith 100%!

Two car keys keyed and programmed for under $100. They are quick, efficient, and a lot more affordable than their competitors. Raheem answered my phone call and I showed up 10 minutes later. He had my 2 keys programmed (with transponders) and cut within 15 minutes (I have a 2012 Honda Accord). What a relief!

I would give Armstrong Locksmith more than 5 stars if I could. Earlier in the summer, they installed a Schlage lock and handle in my condo quickly and professionally. A few months later when the lock was having issues hitting the door frame due to temperature fluctuation, they came out the same day to adjust the frame. It now operates flawlessly. The service technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. I could not recommend Armstrong Locksmith enough!

While traveling this past week, I had the misfortune of losing a bag which had my car keys inside. Upon landing in Nashville, I immediately contacted Armstrong Locksmith and spoke with Sako concerning my situation. Sako demonstrated the highest level of customer service and empathy during a very stressful situation. Sako arrived at the Nashville Airport within 15 minutes of my call and created a new key fob for my vehicle. I would not call anyone else besides Armstrong for any locksmith needs in the greater Nashville area! - Thank you for making a bad day much more bearable.

Amazing service! Called in when I lost the master key to my car and was given the run down of what my car needed. I have a 01' Lexus and it needed the ECU reflashed and new keys cut. The service tech was kind and helpful and walked me through what he was doing. Few hours later I had an unlocked and started car with multiple new keys. Cannot thank and suggest these guys more!

I walked into this shop with a broken key, and didn't want to pay the price for a complete replacement key fob and Raheem was willing to fix it for me for a small fee. I was going to have to wait 3 hours at the Chevy dealership to get a 2nd key made. After making a few calls I was sent to Armstrong Locksmith. They told me what time to show up and it too them 20 minutes to program my 2nd key at the same cost the dealership charges. They were friendly, efficient and so helpful. I have a 2022 so the keys are getting harder to program. I highly recommend Armstrong Locksmith. They know what they are doing for sure!
