Amazing customer service, highly recommend! I needed a plumber and was able to set up an appointment for next day. Receptionists were polite and helpful with my questions, and let me know when they would arrive. They came right out and immediately got to work. Bradley did a great job, after explaining our issues he knew right where to go to fix the problem, very professional and helpful with any questions we had for future maintenance as well. Blair and Francisco (his trainee) gave our systems a thorough once over and did some minor preventive maintenance. Update w another service! Just got an electrical home inspection with Cody. He was awesome. I wish I could give this company 6 stars! I'm so happy I found this company. Everyone from customer service (I think it was Jasmine) to the plumber Marquis was SOOOO pleasant, professional, and helpful. My plumber explained everything in detail and did an amazing job! Been working with this company for my AC, electrical, and plumbing and have been very happy. Neil came out to help put in a new electrical outlet for my home office and was on time, professional, nice, and did an excellent job. He did a great job! Neil was excellent in doing a whole home electrical inspection for us. We had problems with our new build electrician contractors, so we called Milestone to come check the work the builders did. Neil was extremely thorough, and answered every single question I had. Thank you Neil & Milestone for easing our minds and doing such great thorough work! We appreciate you. Angel Balleza from Milestone did a wonderful job for us today replacing a leaking coil in our AC system. When he arrived, he told us exactly what he would be doing and how long it would take to get the work done. When he removed the old coil, he showed it to us and patiently answered our questions. His job wasn't complete until he ran checks to make sure pressure numbers were right and we were comfortable with the house temperature.
He cleaned up all his working space and nothing was left behind. We were very pleased and our home was at a pleasant temperature when Angel left, great job! Terry and Jeanie A

Zach did an absolutely fabulous job! I would give Milestone five stars if the cost wasn't so high - because they have so many overhead costs. Having said that, that had nothing to do with Zach's job performance. He cleaned up, he explained how everything worked, and showed me what to look out for and how to maintain the new disposal. Great job!

Robert was outstanding. He was prompt, caring with my home, and a genuinely nice person. He completed everything with a smile and great demeanor. He went above and beyond unclogging the drain. He took the time to clean it very thoroughly.it works like it never did before. He also provided great suggestions for other things to consider doing without being pushy. Matt Holton came out today to double check some readings the tech had when he serviced our AC units. He was very helpful and professional. He walked me through what he was doing and explained everything well. Highly recommend and will continue to use their service. Robert came out today to clean a drain. I had milestone service my ac and repair home water shut off valve. Justin Bullard came out for the ac tune up and Josh J and Saul did the plumbing work. All three technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They recommended different tiers of work at different price ranges to fit my needs and explained in detail what each covered and what they would recommend. They even walked me through what they were going to do and how it would help. All of them did great jobs as well. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Brandon and Emily were very professional and thorough in the installation of our canned lighting. Brandon took extra time to explain and confirm where we'd like the lights to go.
