Our door opener was ancient and gave out. After reading D&L's reviews I called. From initial discussion to completion of the job they were great. Called Friday and our tech (Anthony) arrived first thing Monday morning. Super nice, kind and a true professional. Everything fixed, updated and running in 2 hrs! Highly recommend!

Had the service tech out to assess my broken garage door, he arrived promptly and gave me all the options available to fix it from partial repair to full replacement. No pressure and no upselling. Had him come back and fix it for me, was done quickly and efficiently. Good experience here and I will keep D&L on file for future repairs. as well as recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Our experience with D&L Garage Doors was really great. They were on time to their appointment and called when they were 1/2 hour out. They clearly communicated the scope of the repair and their invoice matched their estimate. They started and ended the job on time and did a great job of replacing the garage door. Their rates were reasonable.

Torsion spring broke on our garage door. Called D&L first thing in the morning. They scheduled a tech to be out same day. Tech called when he was on his way. He promptly had an estimate ready and had all the parts to fix our door plus upgrade some other parts. The tech finished in a timely manner and our door is working better then ever. I highly recommend D&L for any garage door repair.

Our repairman was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He ended up having to replace parts we hadn't anticipated (their estimate was based on our description of the problem), but he had all the parts on his truck and made sure we understood why and what parts were needed, as well as the cost, before proceeding. We'll definitely call when we need garage door repair again, and recommend D&L to others.

My technician was friendly, polite, and very upfront about the potential issues that may arise. In the end the price was spot on what he said it would be. He was in and out in the estimated time and the garage door works perfectly again. The only slight issue I had was that on my initial call, I was quoted the cost of one spring and it turns out I had two springs and both needed to be replaced. It might be good to let people know that is a posibility when making the appointment. Overall very happy with the service and repair.
