We needed a new water heater installed and we were so happy to have found Tim at Caswell Pumbing! He responded to our call immediately and was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone. Knowing we had no hot water, he made it a priority to get to our home promptly. When he arrived he was professional and courteous as he entered our home.including putting covers on his boots!
He did a fantastic job and the work area was spotless when he left. Tim is one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with and would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

We had a great experience using Caswell Plumbing and Heating. They were quick to return our call and set up a time with us. Tim is the best plumber I’ve ever dealt with. He installed the plumbing and replaced a shower pan for my bathroom remodel. He was reliable and professional.
