The owner and son were prompt; they assessed the area and moved a couple of things that I myself could not. They were hard-working and thorough completing the 10 year old "oatmeal" wall to wall carpeting in no time. Believe that I was ASTONISHED to see how well the carpet responded to their shared efforts! And to think, not 6 months ago, I was not only agitating for recarpeting the downstairs, I had visited a nearby rug gallery where I had done business before. Without any reservation, I would highly recommend them-- and BTW, they were so REASONABLE in price. truly.

Dave and Karen could not be more helpful and professional. They walked me through the best options for getting my area rugs cleaned from puppy accidents. Dave cleaned the rugs right here in my house and he explained everything he was doing, as well as what cleaning solutions were being used (all safe for pets). They are both so friendly and the job performed was high quality at a reasonable price. I am literally making a list of anything else around the house that I can call them to come back to clean! The best!

Can't say enough good things about this team - they were friendly, professional, quick and thorough. They brought our light gray sectional back to life and cleaned a challenging plush carpet in the bedroom. The best in the business! Professional, thorough, careful attention to detail and the nicest people to work with. Had our bi-annual cleaning of our couches, club chairs and rugs and all look and smell fabulous. If you have a cleaning emergency (I spilled coffee on my white rug) they will work hard to get someone to you ASAP. They saved my rug! Highly recommend!

We bought a new reclining couch and one of the cats decided to mark his territory multiple times. We called South Shore Dry Chem and got a quick response and appointment. Dave came out and immediately put as at ease that the horrible odor we thought was permanent, would be gone when he is done. He told us he would continue to retreat the area until the odor is gone no matter how long it takes. Fortunately for us, the initial few treatments did the trick! Dave is such a hardworking, likable guy, that we felt like wed known him forever! He is someone wed highly recommend to anyone that needs any type of cleaning job done. We are so grateful to Dave!

South Shore chem dry came and cleaned a loveseat and chair along with the pillows. Dave was very professional and friendly. Used care on my hardwood floors and the furniture came out beautiful and smelled great. No heavy chemical odor and furniture was not soaking wet. I highly recommend giving them a try. You wont be disappointed!

We have been using South Shore Chem Dry for years. Dave is extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Our carpets always look amazing when he is finished. I have wall to wall and our stairs get a lot of abuse. He does a fantastic job and we would recommend their service to everyone. Reasonably and fairly priced as well.

Great Job! Couldn't have been happier with the service we received. From the first phone call to set up service they were so accommodating in trying to fit me in when it was convenient for me. Dave called ahead and showed up on time and took the time to go over everything ahead of time with us. The end result was really good and the price was super fair. We would most certainly use South Shore Chem Dry the next time we need carpet cleaning!

We choose Chem Dry due to the rave reviews. We were not disappointed. Dave was on time, got right to work, and was professional. The cleaning took no time at all, carpets and sofa came out amazing! We are pet owners and could not believe the difference. The room smelled so clean and everything dried in no time at all. Excellent prices as well. I was extremely satisfied with the results from South Shore Chem- DRy. Dave was very thorough and efficient. My upholstery looked like new. All natural chemicals, too. Also removed my oriental and throw rugs when moving and delivered them all clean and even gives discounts. Recommend Dave to all my neighbors and friends.

Dave and Karen are an absolute pleasure to do business with. My entire home, except the kitchen and baths, has wall-to-wall carpet. The carpeting is only a year old but in order to maintain the manufacturers warranty, the carpets need to be professionally cleaned once a year. Dave came out to do the estimate and answered all my questions. He gave me honest responses and at no point did a high pressure sales pitch.
He arrived to do the job on-time and kindly worked around my curious dog and skittish cat. Dave uses chemical-free cleaning products which was my number one requirement. I also had my sofa cleaned and it looked brand new after Dave finished it. I would highly recommend South Shore Chem-Dry and will look forward to having Dave back next year!
