Chem-Dry of New Mexico

I called Chem-Dry of New Mexico to clean our charter aircraft carpets, the tech was attentive to our aircrafts needs and was able to perform a High quality cleaning around very expensive components.

I recently had a very large sectional cleaned chem dry. When I scheduled it, Ashley in the office was very helpful and friendly. Zach, the tech that came to clean the couch was very thorough very courteous and very nice. My account just made with a special fabric, and Zach went above and beyond to verify what products could be used on the couch. I had a few spots on the couch and I called them a couple weeks later and they were so nice to come out at no charge and to fix those spots, Ill definitely use them again in the future!

Chem Dry of New Mexico has offered excellent service on more than one occasion. Easy to contact, and quick and reliable service warrants a 5 star review.

ChemDry has been out a few times and they always do a great job, but my last experience was the best. Philip, our cleaner, was super friendly, professional, and very detailed.

Simply the best! My carpets are immaculately clean and there was absolutely no harsh odor. AND they dried quickly! My next service will be deep tile cleaning. No matter how great the cleaning is, if the staff isn't great I'm going elsewhere but Chem-Dry also excels in this department. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians is super professional and friendly. And for all these reasons, there's no other carpet/tile cleaning service I've used or will use. My first contact was with Ashley. Informative, friendly, and accommodating, she set things in motion. Sean, our technician, was communicative, professional and very knowledgeable. (Who knew there was so much to know about different carpet fibers and stain removal?!?) Yes, all around the service was excellent and affordable. But my experience with these two will make me call again when needed- and recommend their services to friends. Big bonus their products are plant-based.

Just bought a new house and they were easy to get scheduled and were able to give me a close quote to what I ended up paying. The cleaner was nice and did such a nice job with our home. The process was simple and clean! I highly recommend them! They were also very easy to move my appointment to better for my schedule last minute.

My experience was great! I had a white cloth couch that had stains for a few years. It took time as expected, but the couch came out looking brand new! I was thoroughly impressed! One downside is that I had to air out my house as the chemicals were a tad overwhelming. No matter, I am still going to use them going forward! Services Upholstery cleaning

We've used Chem-Dry for years to clean our area rugs and once again, they did a fantastic job for us. Very professional, always on time. The two large area rugs we just had cleaned came back looking years younger and super clean. We had them take the rugs to the factory for immersion cleaning and it was worth every dollar. I had an excellent experience with Chem-Dry with one exception. I have large carpets which had never been deep-cleaned. I opted for the more costly dipping method and am glad I did. The finished products are rich and deep in color. The sole reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars is that one of the guys who returned the carpets was not vaccinated -- I had to ask; the information was NOT volunteered.

More concerning, when Chem-Dry called to confirm return, the representative a) did not ask me if I was vaccinated and b) more to the point, did not inform me an unvaccinated person would come into my home. What if I had an immune-compromised person living with me?! Life worldwide now includes a serious, endless pandemic; it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to not disclose an employee's unvaccinated status when they are entering your home. Otherwise, I am very happy with service, pricing, communication (except that one issue), and excellent results.

We recently bought a home in Albuquerque and called Chem Dry of New Mexico to clean the carpets. Trent performed the Healthy Home Package for us and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism, his courtesy and his knowledge about product and chem dry process. My 14 year old carpet looks less than 1/2 the age thanks to regular Chem Dry appointments. Wine stains, coffee and other various stains all gone! Highly recommended!

I was having my car seats $ a tiny condo cleaned. It was easy to book over the phone & the pricing was good. When the man arrived it was snowing out but he was kind and easy to work with even though he had to clean the car in the cold. He also have me 3 pricing structures and explanations so I knew exactly what I was getting. All around, it was a great experience & Ill use them again.

Great customer service, on-time and very professional. The house needed some serious time as the previous owners had a problem with pets wetting the carpet. It was not cheap; but, they resolved the odor and cleaned the carpet very well. Two things that they did not do were the easiest, they did not put the throw carpet back nor the coffee table back in place. Not a big deal but I cannot move things back due to being in a wheelchair. I would have given 4.5 if it were possible.

Trent came to our house to clean our carpets. He was great! He was on time super friendly and knowledgeable about everything! Would request him anytime!

We have a sofa with a pull out bed in it that has been a guest bed and cat bed for many years. It had a lot of staining on the sofa and some light stains on the bed. The technician worked especially hard to get as much of the stains out as he could. The mattress looks great and the blackest spot on one of the arms is nearly gone. He did a great job.

We had a headboard for a queen sized bed with sweat stains that he went over twice and it looks almost as good as new. The stains are so light that they will be invisible once you put pillows on the bed. Our other sofa and chair are pet hair and stain free thanks to the wonderful work of their technician. I am extremely pleased with how everything looks.

A while ago they had changed the spot remover from the foam spray to a liquid, which was a disappointment. We gave them our feedback on the change. Well, guess what? Chem-Dry has cleaned the carpets at several of my homes over the years. The few times I decided to give other cleaners a try, I felt like I wasted my money. The quality of their service is unparalleled: no other carpet cleaner has ever achieved the results Chem-Dry has on our carpets. They're also incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Albuquerque area to clean filthy and pet-disrespected carpets.

After having a horrible experience with ChemDry Duke City (a completely different owner and team), ChemDry of NM has renewed my faith in NM business. The owner of ChemDry of NM, Katie, stepped in after my horrible experience and offered to clean up the mess at no cost to me. I must admit that kind of customer-first business approach is so rare it surprises me these days. Im still speechless, but want to do everything I can to promote and refer people to this woman.

Not only did she offer to help, but she made arrangements to have her technician David come to my home on the very same day. David was professional in every way, and it was a COMPLETELY different experience than my encounter with the Duke City ChemDry. I spoke with the ChemDry corporate office about my experience with Katie and her team, and they acknowledged that Katie is one of their most successful owners and a superb brand ambassador. Katie is a leader in this company and even sits on the advisory board for the whole franchise organization.

All of that aside, I believe this woman to be a good human. She simply exercises integrity, compassion and a business leadership approach that I wish was more common. In my opinion there is no comparison. This is the kind of business that we should all support.

The gentleman that came in to service our carpets was the most personable tech we've had yet! He cared about his work and paid very close attention to detail. He explained everything that was going to be done and did exactly that! From now own, I will be requesting him as our serviceman. He was the best!
