We had our new home rekeyed with Jumpstarts and Lockouts. Availability was fast and flexible. The service itself only took about a half hour. William is friendly and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to call with any questions about services or availability. He explained everything in detail so we were able to get what we wanted fast, in addition to being able to stop by within an hour after we contacted him.

I had the worst morning ever. Spent 45 minutes calling around town on a strangers phone because i had locked my keys and phone in the car and after it all they were by far the best deal in town. I got William on the phone and he said he was on a call and would try to be there within an hour. I think he made it there in 35. He was fast and efficient and made my day a lot better. Don't waste your time calling around. These guys rock.

This service not only helped to simply jump start my hybrid, but I also learned something new! I'm not sure what the guy's name was ( Sorry I forgot your name) I'm guessing it's William based on all the other reviews, but he did a great job in starting my car within a MINUTE! He also knew another way to charge my Camry hybrid that I didn't know about; there's another charging port in the hood that makes for a better charging access versus charging the battery in the trunk (12v). Thanks for having such great customer service and communication skills too, I felt more comfortable with your professionalism.

After calling another company two days in a row and not getting the promised return call, I called Jumpstarts and Lockouts. I called around 10am and by 2pm, I was driving my car again! I'd lost my only key for it and am so happy to have a new one! Communication and customer service were perfect and I appreciated the upfront pricing as well as how quickly they came out! Update: Had to call them a second time today, and they were at my door and I was back inside in less than half an hour! 100% recommended if you're in or near Thurston County. Original review: Highly recommended if you're looking for local locksmith service in Thurston County! I locked myself outside after hours today, and they were at my door in Lacey within a half an hour. A few minutes of quick work later, and I was warming up inside. I hope I don't need to call again soon, but I am definitely saving their card and number!

I was locked out of my apartment last night, and I called at around 10:30 at night and they showed up very quick and got to work. They were professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Excellent Customer Service and Response time, these professionals know what they are doing. I was locked out of my car and other non-local companies tried to charge me over the phone and rip me off. Jumpstart and Lockouts Lacey have very reasonable prices and will help you out of a jam. They even picked me up on my walk to my lockedout car. I would not hesitate to call them again if I was ever locked out or had any other car related trouble short of a tow.

We recently moved to very rural Yelm, and while my mom was helping us move furniture she managed to lock her keys in her truck. Not just her keys, but purse, cellphone, basically her whole life. I called 2 locksmiths local to Yelm and neither answered their phone. This company answered on the 2nd ring, and while we were outside of his service area, he jumped to our rescue making it here in less than 90 minutes. I work in Olympia and will be keeping his card in my wallet because that type of customer service is greatly appreciated and will be the first company I call.

I am extremely happy with the service I got tonight after figuring out that my keys were not in my bag where they normally are when I went to grab my door handle to my vehicle. This was my first call and he was fast in response time and was very professional and got me in the car quick, probably quicker than the time it took for me to find where I set down the car keys inside of my vehicle so I could get the alarm turned off

Vehicle lockout. Called and asked for eta. Response was 30 mins or less. Arrived in 20. Price is steep but theyre upfront with that. With that kind of response time and it taking less than 2 mins for him to pop the lock, its a fair price. I dont intend to have this situation again as Ill be getting a duplicate key through them down the road, but if this ever happens again this is who Ill call first.
