I finally found out why people are so happy with Chem-Dry. Chem-Dry uses the same basic system on your fine home rugs, carpets, and furniture that is used to remove a drop of wine from the finest silk shirt. Even Chuck from Kindred Spirits restaurant today was commenting on how wonderful his carpets smell after being serviced by Omars crew at Chem-Dry of tri-cities. If you're thinking of having your carpets cleaned or surprising your mother-in-law for Mother's Day, I wholeheartedly endorse Omar and Chem-Dry of tri-cities.

Chem-Dry of Tri-Cities was so easy to set up an appointment. They were courteous and Jordan arrived within the time window promised. Jordan did a fantastic job exceeding expectations. We have five dogs, with two intact males, so the stain challenge was substantial. By the time Jordan was done, it looked like we had new carpeting; in a way I guess we did. Thanks CDTC and Jordan for a job well done! Youll be our go to for all our future carpet cleaning needs.

The BEST carpet cleaning we've ever had! The communication was excellent from the initial quote up to the text letting me know the tech was 15 minutes away. The tech, Jordan, was knowledgeable, professional and was really good at explaining everything up front as far as what we could expect. We've used services in the past that used water/steam, but was tired of unsatisfactory results and damp carpets for a couple of days.
With this company we had our furniture back in place on clean, DRY carpets within 3 hours! Seriously, you can't go wrong with this company! It's well worth the money! Thank you Omar & Jordan!

ChemDry is incredible! Darren called me about 15 minutes away and he hit the door running! The carpets look fresh, clean and ready for my 9 month old to crawl around on! We had a couple elderly dogs and cats that had bladder control issues. The spots, odor and foot traffic has disappeared! Darren had everything wrapped up so quickly, I barely had time for a nap! Thank you again for your incredible service! And give Darren a raise, he works way too hard!

Darren arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the carpet looking better than I thought it could after the pet messes it had seen. These guys were amazing! They picked up my area rug and dropped it off to me at work. They called and texted me when they got close to let me know they were almost there. They unloaded it and put it back in to my SUV for me. It looks beautiful and clean. The cost was minimal. I recommend these guys without hesitation. I will use them every time!

I cannot begin to explain how impressed with Chem Dry. I emailed at 2:03 asking for an appt, and at 2:08 I had a text confirming an appt for the next day. I was overwhelmed when I came home to find my dog had got on the counter and stained our carpets REALLY bad right before the holidays. They arrived in time, treated the carpet and it looks brand new! This is the 4th time Ive used them and theyve always been professional and efficient.

Darren from Chem-Dry of Tri-Cities was the tech who came to clean our carpets. He was on-time, professional, and very fast but very detailed. After Darren had cleaned two rooms and the stairs, it looked amazing (just like brand new) and the price was awesome! I was very much impressed especially since three kids and a large dog use these rooms and stairs all the time, over 6 years. Darren had them looking like new in no time flat. I will for sure use them again in the near future and will specifically ask for Darren.

This is the third carpet cleaning company I have used in the last couple of years and Chem Dry completely exceeded my expectations. My carpets have never looked or smelt as great as they do right now, they were even able to remove a 5+ year old ink stain. Jordan was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. We bought a home with horrible pet smell in carpets. Omar and his team had to come out multiple times to do different treatments to get the odors out but each time they were very professional, on time and they came back to retreat without charging. These guys are absolutely great and went above and beyond to help me salvage carpets that were improperly cleaned by our seller.

Highly recommend this company. They came to clean a sectional we bought that wreaked of disgusting pet odor. Jordan and another person (I dont remember your name, Im so sorry!) worked really hard and were very thorough. Jordan asked me to smell one of the cushions, and it still had a scent of pet odor on it. So they both re-cleaned many areas to get rid of the odor, which I extremely appreciate. After the work was officially done, the sectional smells SO MUCH better. Thank you so much! I really appreciate the detail and thoughtfulness.

I was very impressed, they called when they were on there way and showed up 10 min early. They cleaned a couch, stairs and one room for me before the Thanksgiving Holliday. They sanitized and pet cleaned the room of cat stains and sanitized my stairs and the couch. Everything looks amazing, clean and smells fresh like oranges. It also pleases me that they use certified biodegradable cleaners so no harsh chemicals or residue to stay behind and VERY safe for my kids and pets.
Also not only did they get me in before all my family comes over but they were able to get the job done early enough that I didnt have to be late for work. Thank you Chem Dry!

They cleaned a vacant house that is to be sold. I haven't seen it, but everyone who has, reports to me that it looks great; it has been years since it was cleaned, and that was a standard cleaning without all if the extras! The door was supposed to be unlocked for them when they came to clean, but it wasn't. The man who I spoke with was very pleasant even though he had to wait nearly an hour for someone to let him in. Highly recommended this company.

My carpets were relatively clean as I have a high standard for keeping them from shoe traffic, food spills, and clutter. I really just expected a good result with a process I thought was interesting so that I could see their quality and standard of workmanship. What I returned home to see were a brightness in my carpets I never had seen before. Some areas of stains I couldn't remove myself from a dog with a chocolate incident were completely clean. My furniture was moved and the carpet cleaned under it as well. Amazing brilliant job!
