Juan and Gustavo were great. Once again, we called Juan in an emergency situation (AC died on a very hot Friday afternoon), he responded quickly and was out to access our need within 2 hours of the initial call. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a few options for a fix until a permanent fix could be done on Monday morning. As he promised our AC was repaired before noon on Monday. Thanks Juan! Your service is amazing.

I reached to Majano heating and Ac due to my HVAC system going out and they responded the same day to check out my system for Free! I ended up needing a entire new install and they provided me the quote same day and replacement came the following week and they came out to install with no issues! I have never left a review before for any company but they truly went out of there way to make sure me and my family were taken care of and I truly appreciate that! Our air conditioner went out the night before and I called Majanos the next morning and they were here by 2:30. The problem was fixed in a very short time and up and running again. Gustavo came out on a Saturday morning and cleaned our unit. Another company told me I would have to replace my condenser coils for $2000. Gustavo cleaned everything and added some extra freon for under $300. An immediate difference in the the way the ac cools now. Thanks Gustavo! Highly recommend. Mid July is no time for your air conditioner to go out in Louisiana. Not just because of the heat, but also because you may be waiting a while for someone to be able to come out. After calling around and getting recommendations for the past two days, a friend recommended me to Majano Heating and AC; This was Friday afternoon. The earliest I could get before I called him was Tuesday or Wednesday, if there was a cancellation.
The thermostat in my home was reading 92 and up at times. I called Majano. Very professional, very concerned and eager to help. He said he could come Monday at 12. He was there a little after 10, assessed the problem, got the parts and got me up and running. Great service! Ido happily recommend them to any and everyone.

Juan came out the same day I called and helped fix an issue I was having with my two HVAC units in the attic. He diagnosed the problem and fixed both units in just a few minutes.
