Glenn and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and reliable. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they showed up on time. Over the years, I have spent a lot of money on services which promised to restore my aging, now old carpet. Thanks to a myriad of cats who have shared, and the two who now occupy my unit, hairball stains are an annoying fact of my life. Plans to replace flooring cannot be considered until my 19-year old passes on. So, once more I sought a cleaning service which might make life a bit more pleasant at home. BINGO! Glen worked hard and made no false promises. Results are fabulous. After two days, old stains usually begin to reappear, but not this time. I have never been so satisfied.

Glen was a pleasure to work with. From the time I made the appointment till today when he did the work, I was very pleased. I got the confirmation of the appointment, followed by a reminder and then the text when he was on the way. He did a great job on my sofas & even got my grandchildren's stains out of the dining room seats! I'm very pleased and would not hesitate calling him again.

For first time I took their service for carpet Chem-Dry. Their charge is very reasonable. Reported in time as per schedule. Their work is great. I asked Mr. Glenn if he can help me to remove the cigarette smell from the carperts. He explained very clearly what he can do and what I can expect. I was happy to see his honesty. He not only explain the advantages, he also let clients know the disadvantages. Next time I will directly contact him for any such job.

Prime Time Chem-Dry did an excellent job with our office carpets. They did extra hard work on the areas that needed it. Everyone complimented this morning when arriving how great it looks and smells so clean when they walk in the door. I would recommend them to anyone. Glenn and his assistant were so accommodating and very nice to work with.

Found this company on the internet decided to use this type of cleaning rather than steam cleaning. Did most of the set up on line but had to finish with a phone call. Glenn confirmed the appt the day before then texted when he was on his way he was on time and even earlier then expected. He did the work very quickly moved all the small items in the apartment. Obviously he could't move the large things. The carpets came out very nice. He was even able to get out some old stains that I thought were permenant. I will use him again.

Glenn did a phenomenal job cleaning our 10yr old crate and barrel microfiber sectional sofa. It had taken a beating from our kids. Lots of stains and overall was a bit grimy. We contemplated buying a new couch.but then we found Glen! Stains are gone and fabric feels like its brand new. It has that soft and comfy feeling again. Thank you for doing a great job Glen and chem dry. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend.

I moved I to a new apartment in north arlington that came fully furnished. I was worried that the love seat may have seen a little bit too much love as might have the carpets. I called Glenn at Chem dry who was out the following day and gave all the furniture and carpets a thorough cleaning. It was extremely affordable and the carpets and sofas came out as new. I couldn't find any stains, even with the black lights. Glenn was very professional and I would highly recommend him
