My expectations were not very high as some stains were old. I showed Brian the stains and he mmediately did a complete walk through and began cleaning. I'm very happy with DC Chem-Dry! Chris is very polite and do great work. There was NO hidden fees! I felt comfortable with the gentlemen in my home. I will contact them again.
