Mark showed up on time, explained the process in detail and got the job done within 2 hours. He was very professional and friendly. The final result of the clean carpet was excellent as he went out of his way to specifically treat problem areas in the carpet. He gave advice as to how to maintain a cleaner carpet with spot removal and odor protection. We have used this service before and will continue to use this service in the future.

My experience with Mark was fantastic. He was informative, knowledgeable, and experienced. We have used M&M ChemDry since 2009. Mark is always very friendly, professional and thorough. He effectively deals with issues needing attention and is happy to share from his wealth of knowledge for the customer's benefit. The carpet cleaning solution is chemical free and the system removes dirt without soaking through the carpet backing and pad. I highly recommend them!

Mark came out today and cleaned my uncle's father's carpet and did a great job. He removed spots we never thought would come out. Highly recommend, he was polite and professional.

The carpet in our rec. room is over 30 years old. We were going to remove it but it had been glued to the concrete floor. It had also been "blessed" by our dog and even though I had tried DIY treatments on hot humid days you could still smell his blessings. Thankfully, M&M was able to treat the carpet and as you can see from the pictures, it looks brand new! Even over the high traffic area! I would definitely recommend them!

The Owner does a very good job cleaning the carpets. He took longer than we thought but we had a tough job. New puppy in the house and he got most of the stains up and only a few that you can see very faintly.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provide by M&M Chem Dry. We had them clean and sanitize 2 mattresses for us. One of the mattresses had been in storage for almost 5 yrs and was not wrapped, and had a blood stain on it. M&M was able to get 70% of the stain removed and did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing it. I highly recommend them.

I reached out to Mark, scheduled an appointment, and had the appointment within a week's time. He gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. On the day of the appointment, he gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived at my apartment he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it.

He then got his equipment and went straight to work. He was quick and efficient at giving the entire apartment the cleaning it needed. He was also very friendly and informative regarding the Chem Dry processes. If i were staying in the area, I would definitely use his services again, and recommend that others use M&M Chem Dry!

Mr. Minnich arrived on schedule and completed the work in a very professional manner. Care was taken to protect the furniture and the carpet looked really nice and clean. Special effort may have been necessary to complete the stairs and walk-through area of the living room. They looked great and my wife and I were very satisfied.
