Travis and Shawn cleaned my area rugs. They even managed to come in earlier than my appointment time. They were friendly and professional. They explained the cleaning process and gave me chances to ask questions, which they answered appropriately. They were efficient and left my rugs sparkling clean. They look like new again! Thank you. Im so happy with the way the old carpets came out, they look new again! I used some other company before and they missed places like under the sofa and they really didnt do a good job. Im so happy I contacted Aladdin! They were all very professional and very thorough. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning and deodorizing. My whole house is clean and smells awesome! The workers were prompt and helpful in discussing what they would and wouldn't do. They removed the spots, and I was able to walk on the carpets in a couple of hours. I liked that they did not stay wet for a long time or have a lingering odor.
