I recently had an issue with my HVAC condenser unit and reached out to multiple people for help. Three people came to fix it and didnt know the problem and charged me for diagnosis and asked me to replace the whole system. Alex came by looked at the system and changed the capacitor and everything went back to normal. I would definitely recommend him for HVAC services.

I got a new HEAT PUMP installed in my Garage ADU UNIT. Alex helped me understand what kind of system best suits the space and the best location and access too. I enquired the same with at least 10 companies and everyone were really expensive and didnt have a firm response. Great crew with excellent manners, on time, very clean work area. We used Alex and his team to replace air ducts and AC unit. They took great consideration of figuring out the amount of air flow in the house. The new AC unit is very quiet and the entire house is nice and cold. One of our room would get so little air before. Alex was awesome! I called in a panic when our air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. He was referred to us from a well-known commercial AC company. He was busy, but made time for us. He thoroughly explained the issue and attempted a "fix-it" solution to get us through the summer. Ultimately, we needed to replace our 25 year + AC unit, but I was impressed with the time he took to get the best price for us. Alex made it happen quickly, stayed in excellent communication with us, showed up when he said he would--all with a pleasant demeanor. I absolutely, 100% recommend Alex.

Our furnace stopped working Saturday morning. It's an older model. I called Positive Plumbling around 9 a.m. and he answered right away. Said someone would make it by the afternoon. The technician Alex called later that day and said he was on his way, and was right on time. In less than 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue and answered my questions about different ways to fix it.

Alex is an exceptional plumbing/heating/AC professional. I originally called him for my AC which he repaired and serviced promptly and efficiently. Then, i had him visit my rental property for annual AC maintenance. Next, I had him install shower fixtures. Most recently, I had him come out for an EMERGENCY call on Sunday morning at 7 am! He was there to access the situation within an hour.
