Our inspection was very thorough and the report was easy to read. But the main reason for the 5 stars was the customer service. Sabrina, Geremy, and Lenny were all wonderful to work with. We had a really short deadline due to our realty contract and they made sure the inspections were completed in time. We went with the Advance Home Inspection Package and it had everything we needed for our mortgage loan and everything we wanted for piece of mind.

Geremey and Leonard both are very thorough and detailed in their processes. Very knowledgeable and can also take the time to explain and educate the clients. Geremy completed the inspection on a home my husband and I were interested in purchasing. Prior to our inspection, he had good communication and asked if we had any specific concerns. During the walk through with him he explained everything to us in detail. His reports are also easy to read and will be a good to do list for us, even includes pictures. I recommend his service.
