Eric called in advance to let me know he was arriving at the appointment time. He went through the house and asked questions about what I wanted and explained how he was going to keep the furniture up off the carpet while it dried. He promptly started and proceeded to make our dirty carpet look close to new. I really appreciated his hard work and how great the carpet looks.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning from All Pro after moving into a new townhome where the previous owner had a messy cat. I worked with Joe, who was very friendly and communicative. Joe was incredibly thorough and diligent in getting my carpet back to excellent condition. I am fast track trying to sell my home. I called Tuesday and Andrew was at my home Wednesday morning. After the carpet dried I noticed a few eras that I thought needed a little more work. I texted Friday morning and Andrew was back at my house within 3 hours. The carpet looks great! Highly recommend these guys!

Chem Dry came to my house to clean the carpet before my family arrived. We have an old dog with early onset dementia and she started becoming incontinent the week before they arrived so we desperately needed a cleaning. We had All Pro Chem Dry come clean our carpets in March 2024, and I really wish we had done it sooner! It was easy, reasonably priced, and they were able to get out all of our carpet stains (even dog stains that we thought would never come out). As dog owners, it was not possible for us to use a traditional carpet steamer that would take days to fully dry, and this carpet was mostly dry within a couple of hours and completely dry within 24. We will certainly use All Pro again when we are ready to have our carpets cleaned.

From beginning to end, this company has been excellent to deal with. Had a great discussion when I scheduled my appointment. I had to reschedule and they were very helpful again. My tech, Eric, texted that he'd arrive towards the end of the window. He discussed my needs and did not try to "sell" me, but made some good suggestions. Bottom line, my very old carpet looks absolutely fantastic.
I've had pets over the years and, although I did not opt for the special pet "service, " the house smells fresh again. Even the pile has been lifted and is soft and springy. Best money I've spent for carpet cleaning, and will definitely call them again.

All Pro ChemDry was referred to me by a friend at work (who I found out was referred to them through another mutual friend at work, lol). Joe and Alex did an AMAZING job! They got out all of the stains we had (not a lot, but a few smaller ones here and there from the people who lived there before us). Our carpets look great! We will definitely be using them again for our yearly cleaning!

They introduced me to the carpet company Coventry and I was so happy they did they were also a really good company to use for the new carpet I purchased. Patrick was the technician. He was right on time. He gave me several options on services. This carpet is fifteen years old and he worked for an hour and a half and it looks almost new. I was very impressed with the All-Pro Chem-Dry procedures. The carpet was clean and dry in just a couple of hours. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends! All Pro did a great job of cleaning up the water from a commercial space after a fire sprinkler head broke and sprayed water everywhere. They got there pretty quickly, and did a great job keeping kept in contact with us regarding progress. We've also used them for carpet cleaning in the past and they did a great job there as well. My carpet had not been cleaned for 10 years. They did a great job! I upgraded my cleaning because it had been so long and I had done a fair amount of construction in the interim. This included drywall and the associated dust. Overall, very happy with the results. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I liked how it dried relatively fast.

Joe and his helper were able to arrive earlier than scheduled (the office called the day prior and asked if that would be ok). Both Joe and his helper were professional, took great care with the house walls and doors. He showed us all the animal urine spots with a blacklight! When they were done the rooms had no more stale odor and the carpets looked brand new.
I even waited a few days to post this to make sure there was no dirt that rose back up to the surface (this has happened to me with other carpet cleaning services). I am very happy with Chem Dry and can recommend them highly.

I had to reschedule the appointment three times due to coordinating with some other appointments. They were very kind and provided immediate help with rescheduling. I will use this place every single time. I have five houses that I own and they cleaned two of them last week. The carpets look SO much better! I thought that I could maybe get another two years out of the carpets at one of the houses, but after they cleaned them, I think I can get up to five more years! Don't use any other place. I used a different place for another house about 3 months ago and the carpets didn't even look different. That's what I get for taking the lowest price. You usually get what you pay for. Pay the extra $$ and get years more life out of your carpets!

I was very pleased by the service I received from All Pro Chem-Dry. A representative came out to prepare an estimate and was very thorough in examining the state of the property being sold. I was advised about the need to specially treat areas that had been fouled by pet urine. All during the process, I was kept informed of the status of the work so there were no surprises.

We had nothing but a fantastic experience with all pro cam dry. They were very professional and extremely thorough. They spent close to 11 hours detailing three floors of our home to the best of their ability. I would definitely use all pro Chem-Dry over and over again. Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I moved into a new home and had an emergency that required expedited same day service. I called around to a few company and got these guys on the phone. The customer service on the phone was great and called me back in 15 minutes after speaking with the owner. The owner came out to check the house and my emergency and redirected two guys to help me out.
The operators were friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to leave them alone in my house while I ran more errands. I came home to clean carpet that was dry in a few hours. Keep up the work fellas, youre doing great.

You can't beat the quality of service here! The friendliness of the tech was awesome! They came and did the estimate one Friday, and then did the outstanding service the next Friday. We are a small nonprofit business, and the cost for the quality of service was unbeatable. We have a play therapy room on site, and he even sprayed it down with the sanitize solution. We will only use this company for all our cleaning needs!

Amazing service! I called in a bit of an emergency at 8am, and there were three trucks deployed to my house by noon! My carpets and tile look so much better! They recommended appropriate services and were honest about services we didn't need and/or weren't worth the expense. I would call again without hesitation.

The service has been outstanding every time, from timely communication setting up appointments to great results cleaning the carpeting. My dog loves to track in dirt and mud from the back yard to the point I doubted the floor would ever look clean again, but it has turned out like new after each cleaning.

Great service, they were on time, worked quickly and thoroughly and did a great job. The carpets were dry in just a couple of hours, no heavy chemical smell and they look really good. They did an extra treatment on our basement stairs (our dog was sick and made a huge mess - I've never been able to totally get the smell out) and they are actually clean. We will definitely use them again.

I called on a Saturday morning as a new customer. Don answered all my questions, gave me choices in pricing, and explained services. He said he would try to get a technician out that day. He kept in touch with me all day to keep me informed as to was going on. He then gave me a time frame when a tech would come and readjusted the time frame when tech finished his job before me.
Then Eric came (after calling and telling me when he would be here), took measurements, and again I was given options of services and cost. Very frieindly, and efficientTook less than 2 hours to clean, and the entire carpet was dry almost immediately! Highly recommend! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

They kept us up to date on what time and day they would be there. Were here an completed job quickly and it looks great. Dried much faster because of less water used. Price was given as the best possible with space to be cleaned which was very good. Also cleaned our area rug. They were in and out in 2 hours after cleaning about 900 sq. ft.

They were able to give me, basically, a last minute appt. I was given a time window of when they would be there & target time which they hoped to meet (e.g. 2-4pm, target ~3pm). They met the target time. The owner asked many questions about what I wanted (move out rug cleaning), how lrg of an area, stairs, pet stains/odors, etc. He, then, explained the cost, & if pet stain/odor removers would be necessary, the cost of that. Josh, the tech, came out & explained the anticipated costs if pet problems were detected.
He was very efficient, very helpful & very friendly & courteous. This might have cost me alittle more than some companies but I was VERY pleased with the results & will call them again for cleaning.
