I've got a new infant at home and just had surgery when my furnace went out before a cold weekend. These folks made it out to my house on a weekend within hours of the breakdown. Ken Brasmer and his apprentice (assuming) were able to get us a temporary solution to heat us over the weekend. They then sent out Matt Gilbreath on Monday with the permanent fix. Both of these gentlemen were consummate professionals on the job.
Even better, the entire cost is only a little more than some of the other guys were quoting me just to look at my furnace.
Infinity Heating & Air's team saved my family's bacon and they can save yours too. Could not be more impressed with this service.

Matt and RJ (?) came out, last Thursday and were so thorough! Very pleased with the service we received and the friendliness, promptness, and professionalism they both had.
We've actually had an issue with our Outdoor fireplace not working, for about a year, and my husband happened to mention to Matt. He told my husband he could look at it when they were here.
Within about 10 - 15 mins, Matt figured out the issue and actually had the part, that wasn't working, on the truck and he fixed it right away!
We are very pleased with the service we received from Matt and RJ! We will definitely be using Infinity again (especially if Matt and RJ are still working for them)!

We have used Infinity since 2016 for our heater service. Recently our water heater started leaking and out of 3 quotes they were the best. They were on time and left the area where the water heater was better than they found it. We also asked for a quote on getting a.c. installed and got it the same day. Great service and good people.

Had a top notch experience! Before selling my house, called Infinity to service my furnace and gas fireplace one last time. Alex showed up and was extremely professional and displayed a lot knowledge. He was very courteous and very thorough during the entire process. Would highly recommend this company for their expertise and customer service. If you get Alex, he is awesome! He should get a raise.

My heater control board went out Infinity went above and beyond to fix my problem, and as quick as possible. My wife had to have surgery today, and Infinity not only went out of their way to get us a new control board, they worked around our time frame for surgery. This service is the best. From the first phone call to the repair! We 100% would recommend Infinity!

I called in a panic after hours because my furnace wouldn't stay running and he called me right back listened to what was happening and told me what to do to get it going. No charge nothing just awesome advise when i was in a pinch. I then had them come service my furnace because they were so wonderful during my emergency and they were prompt, professional and very informative. I'm so glad I found them!!!
