Ideal Landscape Group is based in south St. Louis County. We aren't the largest, but we are locally owned and family operated with strong roots within the community. We are a commercial landscape company offering professional landscape design, construction, and property maintenance services. Ideal Landscape Management partners with approximately 250 commercial clients annually to provide contractual landscape management services. Whether your commercial landscape project is large or small, we have the tools, manpower and expertise to handle it.
Founded by current president Dave Buckel in 1985, the company started from a one-man operation in the early days until eventual incorporation as Dave's Lawn & Landscape Services, Inc. The company operated profitably for many years taking on residential and commercial turf maintenance and landscape installation projects.
While every employee may not be from the Buckel family, Ideal Landscape Group considers every staff person a part of our business family. In fact, many of our crew members have been with us for nearly 10 years, and we even have several employees celebrating 20 and 30 years with our company. In an industry known for turnover, we stand out when it comes to employee longevity and loyalty.

I just won't to acknowledge the professionalism of the crew that was working off of Frank Scott Parkway near Greenmount, as they were cutting the grass a rock came from the lawn more and broke my back window I stopped to let the crew know what happened and they were very professional and courteous they was able to get me a contact with the supervisor who is also very professional and I was able to get my window fixed.
I don't have service with them but if I did I was certainly use them and I give them a huge thumbs up and I really appreciate their professionalism courtesy and promptness to the situation at hand.

This company is contracted by my leasing office to remove leaves from the parking lots. They do so with leaf blowers, effectively sending debris and dirt in all directions. They use this same method in the small confines of the covered parking spaces as well. This sends leaves and dirt all over the cars parked there. This happens every time they show up. It is obvious that they understand what is happening. You cant make a mess like that and not see the mess you are causing. They just dont care.

Nearly ran off 270 today due to one of your manic drivers! Red dodge truck. Cut in front of me at a green light and completely stopped his vehicle and held up traffic! I would never want someone with the audacity to perform any kind of service on my lawn! Looks like it's not the first time either looking at your other reviews.

I have worked very closely with several of the Account Managers, Snow Removal & Landscaping Group for about 3 years now and have had such a phenomenal experience with them all. They all have an incredible eye for detail as well as the knowledge to know what needs to be done very specifically for your property and on top of it, is able to bring it to you at a very reasonable cost. Highly, highly recommend!

Clear cuts. Make millions then complains about millions more. Bad company if you care about nature preservation. Also states makes money for Oakville but ask how many people employed for Ideal live or spend their money in Oakville. They didn't even wait for the go ahead from the bat conservationist.
