Great company with lots of hours! If you want to make money and work this is the place for you. They have amazing benefits very affordable, 401k match, profit sharing, holidays off, and more. I've worked here for over 5 years and although there was some changes when CRH purchased us, it's increased our safety, training, benefits and wages since then.

Disappointed I called to order concrete - one person said to call back 24 hours. The person on the phone said I had to call Friday at noon to order concrete for Saturday early morning. Seems like if your not a contractor or have an account with them your not getting concrete for your small 5 yards. Disappointing for sure "COD orders are taken 24 hours ahead of delivery.
Due to our labor shortage this is our COD order policy, we just do not have enough drivers to fulfill all the contract work and COD orders in a given day. I encourage you to give yourself options including scheduling with other suppliers, as we may be sold out on Saturday"

No longer an American owned company since they sold out, including Ready Mix, Gerhold etc. All foreign owned now. Horrible corporate office upper management. Still lives in the 70s and treat women and minorities that way as well. HR manager genuinely dislikes dealing with people. which makes no sense. Plant people are awesome though.
