I was working on the Red Rocks Church project at Park Meadows. I moved an unused ladder that was in my area of work inside the restrooms. A few minutes later an electrician and the superintendent came in and verbally harassed me for a few minutes about touching other peoples stuff. There was no initial verbal indication from the electrician as he watched me struggle to move the ladder for a few minutes.

He watched me, said nothing, then left. Came back with his buddy Mark the super and Mark chewed me out with lots of negative comments about me and the company I work for. I felt violated because we are grown men and the situation could have been diffused easily had the electrician spoke out instead of just staring at me. Mark the superintendent did not want to hear an explanation from me but did say negative things to me about me and the company I work for.

It felt like Mark wanted to spark more rage instead of calming the situation. Afterwards, the electrician proceeded to set up ladders, some of which he wasn't using, in our way throughout the day. A project superintendent should be diffusing a situation like this instead of throwing more fuel on the fire.
