Services
The role of Baseline on a project is to develop, monitor, and maintain the project schedule by addressing any of the items that could influence or impact the schedule. Although Baseline is usually brought in by the owner, developer, or contractor, our philosophy is that we work for the Project. Our goal is to ensure that the project schedule is met, and we do so by monitoring as an independent party. Any items that could affect the schedule are addressed, documented, and monitored until they are resolved.
In these tough economic times we recognize the outsourcing project scheduling is often not in the budget. BASELINE also realize many projects may not be large enough to afford a scheduling consultant, but maintaining your project schedule is still a vital day to day activity for every contractor. BASELINE will be responsible for meeting with the project team, developing the Overall Project Schedule.
Employees at Baseline Consultants use the latest industry standard software to perform scheduling tasks and analysis. We are aware that multiple different platforms are used in the construction industry, and have the ability to work across these platforms to provide the required end product for each project.
