My wife and I chose Kessler to build our dream beach house in Florida. They did a stunning job! We lived far away and couldn't visit often and Kessler was the best decision we ever made. Super professional, very responsive, awesome web portal with frequent photos of the construction process and items we selected. Entire house took about 9 months, which is pretty good since COVID restricted how many tradesfolk groups could be on site at once.

We just moved in a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Stellar craftmanship and attention to detail and you can tell they care about producing the best that they can. We'd use them again if we ever built another house in the Tallahassee area!

Kessler Construction remodeled a very sad, old, damaged Master Bath for us earlier this year. Having undergone a horrific Kitchen remodel by another contractor, we were leery and very concerned. Not only did Kessler keep their word. they exceeded anything we could have envisioned. We had excellent communications, any concerns were addressed immediately, every employee was punctual, respectful and polite but best of all, the job was brought in on time and on budget with a superb finished Master Bath.

We have several other projects to be done and Kessler Construction is our only choice. We recommend them highly with no reservations whatsoever. Take care, stay safe and try to smile at least once a day.

We have used Kessler for three renovation projects on our home. After the first time, we were so happy that we didn't even bother soliciting other bids for the later jobs. It has always been my experience that during any construction project of any complexity, some issues and/or questions will arise. Whenever that happened, the Kessler folks made sure that things were right - period - no hassles. In fact they have always worked closely with us to see that our expectations were fully met. That alone is worth a lot. I can highly recommend them.

After researching, visiting Parade of Homes sites for quality of work, observing the interaction with consumers, and being CAPS certified it was a good fit for us to entrust our renovation project in the hands of Kessler Construction. Mark picked up on our vision and we were quickly on the same page. His suggestions were invaluable and made the pre-construction process a breeze. The Kessler Team treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. We are enjoying the results of a job well done.

We used Kessler construction for a remodel of our existing Bonus space. It was a challenging project to say the least, but Kessler was excited to have the opportunity to solve our problem and I am so happy we used this family business for our remodel. Throughout the process, they were upfront with expectations and costs, and they consistently kept our goals in mind for the renovation to appear as if it had always been a part of our home.

Even when there were hiccups with subcontractors or an unexpected delay of something that was ordered, I was always kept in the loop and knew what to expect. I appreciated being able to use their co-construct website to approve or change selections and the timeline with the scheduled drafts was listed to be sure I always knew when things were due.

While they mainly specialize in new builds, for our large remodel project ( moving a laundry room, adding stairs and remodeling a bonus room), they were the perfect company to work with.

I had Kessler Construction do a small patio with pavers and concrete steps to replace the slippery wooden ones to access my utility building. The finished job blended into my landscape plan perfectly and you cant even tell what was old or what was the new addition. Although it was a small job, the attention to detail was handled as if it was a million dollar build. Thank you Kessler Construction for professionalism on every level.

We had Kessler Construction build a mother-in-law suite onto the back of our house in 2010. They were amazing. They kept us updated with pictures, phone calls and text messages. They estimated it would take 13 weeks and that is exactly how long it took. They kept the premises clean and organized. They were so easy to work with we would most definitely hire them again.

Based on a recommendation from our draftsman, we included Kessler Construction on our list of contractors to interview. Mark Kessler had the initiative to contact our draftsman, get a copy of our plans, and review them prior to his interview which made the interview itself more of a planning session than an interview. It was this attention to detail that proved to us that we were selecting the right contractor for our job.

We learned and admire their approach to doing business. First, we signed a contract and provided them with a retainer. The retainer allowed them to begin working with engineers and soil specialists. Next, we were presented with a preliminary budget. No work began until everyone agreed on the scope, specifications (products), and budget. This process was expertly managed and very easy.

We then agreed on a starting date and a goal was set for completion. Kessler Construction completed our job on time and on budget! Three months from the date Kessler began our project, it was finished! The Kessler Team are experts at scheduling, selecting the finest sub-contractors, coordinating the subs, project management, quality, and above most - customer service.

They also use online software that is incredibly useful for each of their projects. It has instant messaging capabilities, specifications are listed in an easy to read format, the budget and actual costs are there at all times to see, all project files (paperwork) are available as pdf documents, and during construction Mark took pictures and uploaded them instantly for me to view while I was at work.

This tool is an amazing feature for Kessler Construction that sets them apart. As for our construction, we added 1000 square feet above our two garages and a laundry room with acess from the laundry room. Thanks to Mark's careful planning, we never lost use of our laundry room. This was very important to us because we lived in the house while it was under construction.

Our goal was for this addition NOT to look like an addition. It consists of a kitchenette, a craft area, a living space, desk area, pool table, bedroom, and bath. It's perfect. Everyone that sees it can't believe it's new - it looks and feels just like the rest of the house. The cabinet maker that Kessler uses has many, many different choices to choose from - they were amazing.

We selected a vinyl floor that looks like wood - it's an amazing new material that had never been used on stairs - they made it work and it's stunning. The tile we used in the kitchette backsplash and in the bathroom are stunning, the windows are top-notch and the lighting and ceiling fans look are amazing. It is exactly what we wanted! Mark and the entire Kessler Team are incredible to work with and I'd recommend them for any remodeling project as well as any new home project.

You should also see the barns they've built. The vision and the attention to details are refreshing! We never thought our project would go so well - if so we'd have done it long before we did.

Moving into our house over Christmas holiday was crazy in itself, add in construction on our only working bathroom just added to it. Thankfully Mark from Kessler Construction was extremely helpful, including working from his vacation to make sure that the job was completed and to our satisfaction. Would not hesitate to use Kessler Construction again, highly recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy, honest and dependable contractor. Joe and Amy Rosmini
