Ordered a container, a week later when job started all employees show up to begin demo. No dumpster. Called and the rude response was "Yeah well we don't just have them sitting around" As a company why would you not communicate the information from the beginning. Rather you just said we will get it to you. Customer service lady has the personality of a thumb tac.

Rip off! The owner allows some people to get truck loads of salvage for free and tries to charge others 75.00$ per salvage door. I would give 0 stars if I could.

If you like being ripped off by a racist old man then visit this salvage yard. Nothing is organized and the one salesperson can't be bothered to even go look at what you've picked out, but don't worry, he'll still try and charge you top-dollar prices! He'll even throw in unprompted commentary about how 'the Muslims' are trying to outbreed white people. Do not go to this place. If you want architectural salvage in Richmond check out Paul's Place or Carravatti's.
