Robl Builders are a top of the line detail oriented builder. I would venture to say they are one of the best if not the best builders in the area. VA loans have a lot of red tape to close however, they work hard and diligently to get you in your new home on time. They moved heaven and earth to try and get me closed by the stated closing date and I appreciated their effort, not to mention they built my family's dream home.

If you are looking for a builder who will not give excuses but work with you to find solutions to get your house built efficiently, with excellence, and on time, choose Robl as your builder.

Unprofessional, poor workmanship and very adversarial. They do not actually do their main job as a general contractor which is to monitor the progress and organize the work of subcontractors and make sure subs are building with reasonable quality and according to architectural plan. I had to fight them daily to do anything that was not specifically called out in the contract but that was obviously a part of standard construction work, like INSULATION in a new living space.

They planned the job poorly, rarely returned phone calls and rarely checked the work of sub-contractors. It became a regular argument to get them to do basic tasks. Job took three times longer than originally estimated.

Robl construction built our custom home in 2017. From design with Jeff to the construction process with Andy and the crew they were outstanding. Their decades of experience shows in every part of our home. Thanks Steve, Andy and the whole Robl team!

I used Robl Construction for a project on my house in the recent past. I coordinated directly with Andy Robl and Jeff Wiens and I couldn't have been more happy with the service and the product. We recently had a remodel done by Robl Construction. The project was completed on time even with some change orders. The project superintendent was excellent, keeping the work on schedule and meeting our quality expectations.

Highly recommend for remodeling projects! Robl did a room addition on our historic home and we could not be more pleased with Dave's organization, skilled contractors, communication and execution. Robl Construction built my home back in 2006, and i still remember what a great experience it was. From the design of my home with Jeff, to the superintendent that watched over every detail to completion. Steve, Randy, Jeff, and Andy were all great to work with. Not very happy with this company since my daughter is having a home built and they keep on making many mistakes. The design person who is responsible to make sure plans are correct with chosen materials did not do her job for one thing, so all is being done incorrectly. then, they forgot to watch where they were backing up into & backed into the garage door, put the closet door in wrong place, Did not put the tile chosen in bathroom incorrect, Now they decided to cut tile in the home with the wooden floors and they have ruined the wooden floors.

This is just a tip of the iceberg. The drama continues to mess-up everything they do! My grand children and my daughter and son in law are so frustrated since they have to live elsewhere while all this is being done. I think they need to be reported or the owner needs to know about this project. I have had homes built for myself many times and this is their first and most frustrating situation. Someone needs to contact the owner of the company and get things straightened out!
