Proud Masonry Restoration Co. is pleased to announce our new Building Facade Inspection division in response to Philadelphia's Facade Inspection Ordinance. The newly enforced city ordinance pertains to buildings six stories and taller, or any appurtenances in excess of 60 feet. Wm. Reached out to them in June to come by and take a look at some work I wanted to get done. They came in July and said they would get me an estimate and then I never heard from them. I followed up again in October for the quote and they apologized for not getting the quote to me before and thanked me for following up and that they would get me the quote that week.
Didn't hear from them that week and then I followed up again a week later asking them if they'd be able to get me the quote or if they couldn't to just let me know so I wouldn't just be waiting. I got no response. Very unprofessional, I had a lot of work to get done and pretty interesting that they'd let that money go.

I contacted this company to complete a masonry job. stated they could complete. they were informed that the job was time sensitive. they waited until the last day of the week to inform us they were no longer interested. absolutely unprofessional and they do not keep in contact about jobs they are working on. i would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
