Builders Guild, Inc. (BGI) is a full service General Contractor and was founded in 1980. Since that time, we have successfully completed projects exceeding $254,000,000 in Arizona. Throughout our history, BGI has been very active in Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Build, Job Order Contracting, and the Negotiated Bid Market.
