The company was founded in 1974 by life-long friends Bob East and Tom Harding. Today, Van is the Owner, President & CEO.
Our delivery model assigns one highly-qualified Cost Estimator/Project Manager to be your single point-of-contact from start to finish. We call this our "Single Source of Accountability."
