We perform renovation work, as well as new construction work, throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. We employ our own on-site field crews (superintendents, carpenters, cement finishers, laborers) maintaining the quality our clients expect while retaining tight control over schedule deadlines. Our estimators and project managers can consult with you, to find the most cost-effective solutions to your specific construction needs.

From the very beginning, CRC was professional, knowledgeable, generous, competent, clear communicators and patient with setbacks that were on our end not theirs. Timely, responsive, accurate, proactive.efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had a complicated wall reinforcement project for an existing warehouse that called for fast completion during winter months, as well as needing to verify and respond to investigation of actual conditions as Construction Results assembled its team on the site for this $250,000 project. CRC's communication and dealings with the structural engineering firm, outside testing agency and city permit process were all handled effectively and challenges addressed upfront and resolved quickly. CRC is dependable and performs with integrity. Their staff is ontime, clean and diligent.

CRC is great to work for and with. as a finish contractor (commercial drywall, painting and wall coverings) I seek out their projects due to the high level of professionalism and integrity displayed both by CRC's project managers as well as field superintendents. Had a horrible experience. They gave me an original estimate for work of 97,000 to 117,000 and it ended up being 156,000 plus all kinds of court fees that went 10's of thousands higher. It was a nightmare. They took me to arbitration before I had a chance to state my case. I had no money to fight them and basically lost. The president of the company I feel has an anger management issue and I told him as such.
Mark Snyder, the president, seemed to be unable to effectively manage the project and used email to distance himself from hands on responsibility. I am effectively in bankruptcy. My opinion is to stay away from this badly managed company!
