Whether or not we were involved in the construction of your space, we can take care of your property long after the keys are turned over to you. Our maintenance department can perform routine maintenance and repair needs, as well as emergency on-call services.

Jans Corporation began in 1973 under the name of Nioda Builders and specialized in design/build construction, utilizing pre-engineered building systems. Dale Jans joined Nioda in 1975 as a Construction Manager and left two years later to become a partner in a construction firm in Sioux City, Iowa. In 1982, Dale returned to Sioux Falls and purchased Nioda Builders.

Jans Corporation has extensive experience with construction management projects. We offer management and counseling services for your building project through either an Agency or At-Risk contract. In an "Agency" arrangement, we manage the project, but the owner is responsible for maintaining the subcontracts.

Worked for them a few years back. No benefits at all. No paid vacation. Really expensive health insurance and the supervisor I had (Mark Wolf) was one of the worst I have ever had in my life. I don't know they may have changed their ways but I would definitely take care before going to work with these guys.
