Deluxe Welding

Don there in the back office took on a special task. It took him longer than expected he did not charge me any extra but he did a lot of extra work. I would recommend this company hands down for any welding or fixing you need done. Nice group of people.

Had aluminum pipe on semi trailer needing welding in out of town emergency. Don did what he said he would in a day on short notice. Called everyone in town, best phone customer service too, that's why I went there. Next day? DONE and on the road!

I called early in the morning on Monday and asked if they could weld a bracket that had broken on my car. It was aluminum. Don said sure and the owner would do it. So, I brought the bracket down to the shop and they welded it right while I waited and it turned out fantastic. Matt did a great job and I was very pleased with the fact that I could get my car back up and running. Thanks Matt and Don for great service.

I needed a motorcycle rack attached to the back of my travel trailer but there was no structure there to attach to. These guys engineered and installed exactly what I needed for about 1/3 of the price I was quoted by others. The workmanship was excellent. I'll use them again!

I am heavily involved in a prototyping effort where I need everything yesterday and reasonably priced. Usually, in the real world, you can have something fast or cheap but not both. I approached Dan at Deluxe to whom I described my aluminum fabrication immediate need. It was drawn up and created for delivery to me within days. What was delivered matched exactly my expectations. If you have ample time to wait for your fabrication to be done, be my guest. These guys took almost 6 months to complete a project when they said it would be about 1.5 months. They pushed the date back every time with some ridiculous reason when I asked for an update. When it was finally time to install, the installers rudely stated they wouldn't install unless the yard was clean - I wasn't paying you to comment on the cleanliness of the yard. This place lacks professionalism and a sense of urgency, and management is always being 'around the bush' about project timelines.
