This is a great group to work with. They always showed up when they said they would and had great workmanship. I could not ask for a better experience. They had good communication and always told me when they would be here and what they would be doing. They did an excellent job managing the outside contractors required and I didn't need to do anything once all the materials were selected. They only started work when all the materials were in and that kept everything moving smoothly. Highly recommend this group for remodeling work!

ReBuilders recently completed a full remodel of our 1960s ranch style home. We did a lot of planning on the front end with Ray to make the construction process as smooth as possible and on schedule. The ReBuilders team, along with subcontractors, were always kind and respectful of our property. They were always willing to discuss our concerns and/or modify plans as needed. Chad and his team led by Tim did outstanding work on our Carolina Room addition. From design concept, through construction everything was well thought out and in perfect order. The team was extremely precise and detail oriented. Everything was completed to our satisfaction and well beyond. We had some others Contractors that either never showed up for initial consultation or if they did, never submitted a proposal. Chad was professional from start to finish. Tim gave us several suggestions along the way and we're glad we took his advice. Everyone that visits loves our new Carolina Room. The finished product was better than we ever could have imagined. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the job Re-Builders did remodeling our Condo. Ray Floyd gave us a very impressive portfolio with references and vendors he recommended we use. Excellent company to work with from design to estimate to install and finish. Workmanship was more than I expected having worked in construction all my life. Tim and crew took great care to not harm our wood floors or carpeting and covered the furniture in the adjoining room. They actually left the house as clean as when they arrived, every day. Everyone in the crew including plumbers and electricians were professional and courteous and friendly.
We're enjoying our new walk-in tub and couldn't be more appreciative of how we were treated and of the finished product. Would definitely use ReBuilders again and recommend Ray and his company for any type of remodel. Thank you ReBuilders.

We purchased a home in Cherry Grove and wanted to turn two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom into a master bathroom and closet with an exercise room in the interior of the house, and to box in the ground level and add garage door to the exterior. I called Re-Builders and spoke with Ray Floyd and set up a time to meet to discuss our project. Ray offered suggestions concerning the design and provided several options for our project that we had not considered.

They were on the job when they said they would be, cleaned up after themselves and took care of the house as they worked on it. We recently purchased an older condo in NMB and decided to do a partial renovation. I spoke with several contractors and got estimates. One of the contractors was Re-Builders, Inc. Although RBI's quote was not the cheapest, I was very impressed with the granularity/thoroughness of the bid and the professionalism of Chad and Ray Floyd. I decided to use Re-Builders for our project and I have been extremely pleased with that decision.
I initially contracted for RBI to replace all our flooring with Luxury Vinyl Plank, remove our MBA garden tub, and install a nice tiled walk-in shower. As the work went along, I added to the project multiple times so that eventually I removed all popcorn ceilings, removed grass cloth, painted all walls, completely renovated two other bathrooms and along with the kitchen, replaced all electrical and light switch plates, added ceiling lighting, and replaced all interior doors. a complete deconstruct/reconstruct of the condo.
With each requested change, Chad's or Ray's response was "we can do that", and they worked up a new quote for the new work. I received a timeline for the work at the beginning of the project and a few adjustments to it as I added extra work. Again, this was done in a thoughtful, well-managed, professional manner. When I found that some detail had been done differently than I expected, Chad or Ray corrected the work promptly.
Our finished project was exactly what we hoped for. beautiful new floors, a wonderful paint palette for the entire condo, a new and inviting kitchen, and sleek bathrooms with new accommodations. all in all, an open, airy, and quietly elegant retreat. From Sonja Hensley in the front office to the RBI carpenters, electrician, painters, plumber, cabinet people, countertop specialists, and most especially Chad and Ray Floyd, everyone at Re-Builders has been first-rate.
At the beginning of any project, RBI gives the client a large folio of different contractors/providers of services that the client can chose. One of our very best decisions was to select Laura Bowden Designs to coordinate our project. Laura helped us work out a great "coastal" paint pallet and come up with terrific choices for our new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and hardware.
She and her assistant Lana stayed on top of every detail so all the work was done precisely and pleasingly. I cannot say enough in the way of thanks to Laura for her help, guidance, and friendship, and we would never have found her without the reference from Re-Builders. We are now a few months out from the completion of our project, and we are enjoying our "new" home away from home so much.
If I were to do the whole renovation again, I would certainly choose Re-Builders, Inc. to do the project and Laura Bowden with our design. They are talented, professional, honest, and efficient. I could not ask for more. They are the best in my book. William R Lambeth, MD
