Terminated my intent to build with Visser due to lack of communication, unanswered phone calls, and contract details which hold the builder above reproach. It is suspected the bottom line was the builders unwillingness to pay a buyers agent fee. Builder became verbally aggressive / abusive when he realized he'd lost the deal. If his customer relation "skills" are indicative of future behaviors. I made the right move by walking. By the way, I love my new Tibbe home.

My wife and I built our first home with Steve and Brandon in 2018 who we selected after interviewing nearly 20 local builders. From our first consultation, they patiently listened to everything we needed and desired in our home. This carried through the entire build process and they always made us feel like a top priority. I can't say enough for Brandon especially.

Even after the completed build, he took care of warranty items and loose ends immediately and without qualm. They made us feel like their only customer at every step. Our home came out better than we expected and was built to very high quality standards. I'm an engineer by trade and am overly meticulous. Brandon and Steve surpassed all my expectations.
