A down spout bracket is attached to a down spout elbow then securely screwed to the fascia board. With an adjustable fiberglass extension pole and screw on pole head in a hooked shape for easy pulling down and pushing up of gutter. Our warranty is in 3 parts. 1 year on our workmanship, 5 years on the hinges, and 20 years on the baked on enamel paint on the gutter and down spouts.
