Services
Venture Construction Company's first job (Job 101) was a BP Oil Service Station Atlanta, GA that was completed in early 1970. Ray was the estimator, project manager, job superintendent and business development manager. Later, with a photo album full of pictures from Job 101, Ray visited Chevron Oil asking that Venture be allowed to bid 3 projects, one of which Venture was awarded.
Venture enjoys long-term relationships with many of our national clients, some lasting for more than 35 years. We work with clients of all sizes, from large international companies to individual start-up franchisees. Strong client relationships are instrumental to our success.
This job consisted of complete site and building construction of a new branch office for FirstBank. The site was an old gas/service station in a downtown metro area. There was very limited onsite storage and parking, so materials would have to be stored off site and brought on site only when ready to be installed.

Larry is an amazing man. He is employed by Venture construction as a a property manager. This man goes above and beyond for his clients let me tell you. He helped me and my partner find a amazing rental apartment, and even helped us move in during what would be a busy holiday season. Thank you Larry, and thank k you venture construction for employing such an amazing man.
