Because of its significance, we devote resources typical of much larger firms to the preconstruction phase of our projects. The key is to make no mistakes in our assumptions or early decisions, so that we can move through the process in as straight a line as possible.

As an employee, I can attest to the simple fact that Deneuve is an honest, forthright, talented General Contractor. They present their Subcontractors, in advance, with thorough standard legal Contracts mapping out very clear parameters on expectations of Scope, quality of service and payment schedules. No surprises or subtext. Deneuve was established in the early 70's and continues to evolve and grow in a tenuous, exciting and competitive industry. They know exactly what they are doing - and they deliver a high quality final product - on time and hopefully even under budget.

Deneuve Construction hires subcontractors for portions of their project and DO NOT pay them. Subcontractors have to spend time and money in efforts to collect money rightfully owed to them. Not paying their subcontractors then ties up money to pay their workers and in return not able to pursue new projects. They make it close to impossible for small businesses who are trying to make an honest living to survive.
Do not use this company for business as they do not pay the hard-working people who deliver as promised. I urge you to not work with this company if you have a moral compass and care about small businesses. Subcontractors need to avoid this company!

Do not do business with this company. They are scam artists that do not pay their sub contractors. They low ball a job and steal money from subs! Bad news all around. Also check out the BBB where you can see it is a pattern for them. They must be stopped before other subs face the same! Craig's list is another place where you can see bad reviews about this company.
