My family just closed on our home with Classic in Flying Horse. We worked with Tina in the sales office and from the very beginning it was clear that Tina valued relationships and transparency. Building a home over the last 10 months we expected challenges to arise and we were amazed at how well Tina set our expectations and communicated. In a challenging building environment where most builders are missing deadlines, breaking promises and hiking prices Tina and Classic delivered exactly what they promised at the contract price in less time than they quoted.
The entire sales team at Flying Horse (Tina, Christian and Diane) were courteous and helpful throughout the process. They really care about helping their customers. In addition to a tremendous sales team we had the pleasure of working with Justin and Marcus on the build side. They were both extremely knowledgeable, responsive and always friendly to our entire family. The team at Flying Horse from top to bottom was great to work with. We've been in the house 2 weeks and couldn't be happier with the finished product!

The Classic Homes buying experience was great! The sales office in Flying Horse (Palermo) was phenomenal throughout the process. Christian, our sales rep, patiently led us through the tedious process of listening to our wants/needs, picking a lot, choosing a model (we went with the Dynasty), and selecting features. Having to wait for the sale of a home prior to going under contract wasn't fun in COVID-impacted 2020, but Christian ensured our pricing was locked in with applicable discounts (military/veteran).
Also in the sales office, Tina and Diana were equally patient with us and helping us choose, get access to builds, etc. The Palermo sales office for Classic is absolutely the best around! Throughout our build, the supervisors (Justin and Marcus) were great at "expectations management" and were very thorough in the inspections, walkthroughs, and orientations. Personable and professional, both of them hold the trades to high standards.
They also worked hand-in-hand with Classic Warranty (our rep is Zach) to resolve builder-responsible items post-move in. The entire team was responsive to any immediate issues and dispatched the correct folks to fix things urgently. Zach's homeowners orientation was awesome, second only to his doggedness in having warranty items resolved as quick as possible. The Classic Warranty team does the absolute best they can in this new supply/materials-limited year we're having. Thank you Classic Homes Flying Horse. you are AWESOME!
