As President of Costello Construction, David is responsible for overall corporate operations and is also involved in the management of all Company projects.
Costello Construction has built a variety of commercial construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic area, including Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. We specialize in Higher Education, Fitness and Recreation, Libraries, Office Buildings, and Parking Garages and serve both the public and private sectors.
Costello Construction was founded on the principles of self-performance. This capability, combined with our extensive fleet of company-owned equipment helps us control schedule and budget, respond quickly to project needs, and deliver the highest quality of work. Our ability to self perform site work, concrete work and more-combined with the benefits of owning a significant amount of heavy equipment and large tools-helps reduce client costs and keeps our field crew in line with critical construction schedules.

We recently reached out to Costello to request early payment, even offering a 20% discount if we were able to receive our payment ahead of schedule. David promptly replied stating that the discount would not be necessary and issued our payment immediately. Their office staff and field personnel are a pleasure to work with and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them in the future.
