RMP Construction

I was referred to RMP by my neighbor who had a larger fire a few years back. RMP handled the fire damage repairs to her home and it looked better than before the fire. I decided to give them a try. The insurance company kept trying to refer their own contractor on me and it just seemed fishy they were pushing so hard. It was almost like they were scared of RMP because RMP worked for me - not them.

They protected my interest which was my home. Our fridge line broke in the middle of the night and flooded the entire house. Once RMP was able to get the claim negotiated which did take some time - but worth it. The repairs went well and my Project Manager David was a God send. RMP you are lucky to have him. Thank you RMP and THANK YOU DAVID. I love my new home!

We had a mold problem in one of our rental homes. The insurance company referred RMP. RMP came in, took care of all of the mold and handled the remodel as well. We actually just sold the home in this market of course and we did really well. The home inspector couldn't even find anything wrong with the work performed. Thanks RMP! We will be calling you guys on our other properties if we ever have an issue.

Hi All! I am new at this so I will try my best. I just moved to Chandler Arizona and 5 days after closing on our new home, we suffered a sever water leak in the entire home. My husband and I couldn't believe it. The home was pretty much destroyed. We filed an insurance claim and our insurance company referred RMP. RMP really did a great job especially with the back and forth with the insurance company. You almost have to be a Lawyer to understand your insurance policy. The did a great job and I would use them again. Hopefully I never have too! lol

So professional Candy was on top of it when it came to my contents always paying attention to details, treating my furniture as it was her own her crew and she did an outstanding job. I was impressed that they where able to put everything back in its place the way I had it.

I have very high expectations when looking for services. The RMP team came through again, I really can't think them enough for the work they did on my property after all that our business and family had been through. Thank you RMP! Highly recommend them!

My house in Scottsdale had a big fire, and my wife and I decided to go with RMP. I was nervous at first because we were getting flooded by contractors and public adjusters. Thank God we chose to go with RMP. Their work was top-notch, and they took care of everything. We got white-glove service with the construction and even when dealing with the insurance company.

It was scary because the insurance company fought us on items and coverage, and RMP helped prove our case. I highly recommend them and will use them again for our next construction project.

I would not go through this company. Save the headache! They will threaten you to put a lien on your house and to sue you for deformation of character for your review after. Our job did not get complete as they said they weren't the right fit for the job so we went elsewhere. I had already signed the checks off to them so they where payed for what they did and somehow the check got sent back to me.

We where also not in town at the time and received calls saying they will put a lien on the house. We got them the check back and months later after writing a review receive another call threatening to sue us for deformation of character. I absolutely will not take my review down as I have all the voice-mails and text saved and emails to and from the adjuster supporting my review.

Don't trust this company after rain cause our roof to leak insurance sent them out in oct started water remediation and demo as soon as they finished demo they abandoned the job and said they weren't right to finish the job mind you this is after they have already received 25000 for the work. I was left with a fourth of my home under construction and now had to try to find someone to come fix it before Thanksgiving.

So we didn't get to do Thanksgiving with the family. What ever you do don't trust them only time they communicate is when they want money from you.i had to constantly call and text to get any info on my project they abandoned until finally they just straight told me they are not gonna finish the job

This company is not RESPONSIVE or Professional at all! This is how they left my house after removing the drywall. They where very quick to get checks signed and my deductible and than stopped answering and didn't show up to finish the job or drop off packing materials. They instead called me after they failed to show up the day they agreed on and said they weren't the right fit for the job.

They than told us they would refund what they need to and yet again, we cannot get ahold of them. I would highly suggest not going through this company if you want the job completed.

I would never do business with this company again. I'm extremely disappointed with their services they tried to steal from me and make you sign paperwork from the beginning. First impressions tell you everything they told me we don't work for you we work for the insurance and this was coming directly from their contractor named Carl who was out in the field.

They had already packed my content by then so I said ok cool it's in a controlled environment as told by them. 5 months pass by I'm supposed to get my items back and of course they want to get paid more by insurance they decide to keep our items hostage as we didn't have all counters and countertop completely done. I told them I needed my items because we needed to move back.

I'm guessing by then they already knew my items where damaged so they said will leave everything but you need to sign a waiver stating we are not responsible for the items. I didn't have another choice but to sign as my temp house lease was over. We start going through the items and everything was broken. What bothered us the most I called to pay them and I tried to be civil to get through to them and all they said was sorry you signed we can't do anything about it. My son baptism items where In a box with a candle that melted destroying the only memory that we had from his grandparent that they gave to him when he was baptized.

Freelance - architectural designer, black freelance architectural designer, in phoenix did some work for a guy name carl cosoni. highest quality work possible, 6 pages building plan including floor plan foundation plan roof plan mechanical too electrical hvac plumbing. understand these are the documents that your home is based off of people. the designer should be one of your top priorities at all times. bro, i did a 1144 sq. ft. single family 3 bedroom blueprint for this company, being nice, at $0.87/ sq ft. $1000. where? where? where? will you ever in your natural born human life get a price that low. i did them a favor, existing and finish my friend. they paid me my deposit, which was 500, in the beginning. preyed on the fact that i was a small business, offered more work, i sent them the print. 4 business days later. never paid the other half. in fact because i asked for my money. they called the police on me and said i was harassing them. questioned the quality of my work, insulted the technically that goes into production of a blueprint and angled to paint me as a crazed black man producing fake blueprints that wouldn't be approved. all because he's dissatisfied with his life. but they wonder why i forfeited their sale. and they now have a remaining balance with me. and the police instructed me on how to go about it. this place does bad business, not just with customers, with businesses. a class-action should be taken out against them for unethical business practices. not just rmp but any company like rmp.

This is the worse company you can use. Please do not use them. I am trying to save you a headache. Their subcontractor are below average, you will have to hold their hand the whole way. I remodeled my kitchen 3 years ago it was amazing I picked my own people. I went here the ins company recommended them. I will be putting a formal complaint with them and BBB. Also, after making me and my family of 6 wait 3months with 46days in a hotel as soon as the walked out the door they wanted their money.

I had a Dr app and wanted to get a cashiers check and with covid 19 the banks have different hours. I got email 20mins later they were going to foreclose on my house. DONT USE THEM.

I hired RMP to remodel 2 bathrooms in my house. They were very professional and on schedule. I was very satisfied with their work and hired them to build an Arizona Room at my parents house. Maybe they have new employees, but both jobs turned out very nice. I would hire RMP again as well as recommend them.

No call No show 6 times on a repair that was only to take 3-4 days. It took 3 months. Even a Project Manager did No call No show 2x. Terrible company with no communication or work ethic.

Absolutely horrible service. I honestly couldn't believe how they treated me as their customer, and a guy there even threatened to charge me for charges I didn't owe! Still in disbelief that they could actually be in business. Will never use again, and don't recommend them to anyone. Office staff is ridiculous. UPDATE. I also find it really funny that they replied to this review, saying they "looked over my job file" when in fact, that wouldn't exist.

My name was never on the job, and in fact, I was working with RMP through my job at the time, so the "job file" would have my company's name, not mine. So they actually threatened A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS that they'd charge for things we didn't owe. Good to know they completely lie and make up responses to make them look better. Great job you guys

DO NOT use this company. They are horrible. No communication, they lie, they go through contractors faster than a drive thru. If you need a roofing company to get your roof done, this is not the company to go to. READ THE REVIEWS. They were contacted in August, a contract signed, no work was even started until Mid January. It was just a corner of a roof.

Engineer took 10 minutes to inspect and a month to do a drawing. Went through 3 contractors, tried to contact one for 2 weeks to find out about my roof, no contact no return calls. Finally found out he wasnt even with the company any longer. When the job was finally done in February. YES February. The guy that actually did the work was subcontracted.

In other words he was "Joe Schmoo" he didnt even work for the company. They left paint cans, roofing nails, staples, and screws all over the front and back yard, (they knew I had a dog) and broke all the front yard lights. This company is absolutely horrible. They have no business doing business with the public. I will also agree with the gentleman who spoke of "Robert".

He called me, threw out accusations, and as well uses his "title" to intimidate you on the phone and threatens you through putting a lien on your property. The whole office staff are incompetent of communication. The only reputable person in that company that i dealt with was a man named Matt. If it wasn't for Matt, I'm sure my property would still be waiting to get done.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am an out of town property owner. My property had damage by rain storms which resulted in roof leaks. RMP, Carl Casoni was called for estimate. When I asked him for estimate, he was very arrogant saying he would only give if RMP was doing the work. He also said he would handle the insurance rep.and we would receive funds to do all the work. NOT SO!

After many calls to insurance company and to Carl, we still didn't have complete details of budget. We paid what we thought but they still put a lien on our home before sale of property. Title company trying to resolve as RMP will not answer my calls. I would definitely advise not to use them. Carole V.

My home insurance company hired RMP Construction to assess damages to my property for a claim. The insurance contacted us stating Carl would be coming to our home at a scheduled time and my husband contacted Carl to confirm the appointment. He was extremely insolent. He became more aggressive as the conversation progressed. He demanded my husband contacted our insurance saying they would be completing the repairs to our home before he would commit to confirming the appointment.

My husband attempted to explain that we are going to get a couple of estimates to see who we will want to hire to complete repairs. Carl stated that he would not be coming out if he was not hired to complete repairs and accused my husband of thinking about money not repairing our home (he was hired to provide an estimate by insurance, not complete repairs). He was so disrespectful! How does a company with this mannerism stay in business?

Don't waste your time. Constant lies. Workers stole stuff out of house (food/drinks). However, they did replace the food and drink they stole. They broke numerous items as well. Lack of follow up has been an issue. When they specifically said they would but NOTHING!
