Superior Homes

Paige was super friendly and helpful in finding us a home at a reasonable price. We are still in the process of getting approval for financing but it's amazing that they hold the house from being sold if you give your down payment while financing goes thru. Compared to other mobile home dealers, superior homes is one of the few companies that don't use cheap material to build your mobile home. Paige has been very communicative and seems passionate about what she does. Definitely recommend purchasing a mobile home from superior homes!

I would never recommend people who are intrusive and loud. They threw off our whole day! They came at and made so much noise trying to park. Over 30 minutes of listening to a diesel going back and forth in a drive way by my bedroom. I have special needs kids and the noise had them flipping out. when they finally parked I thought the events were over. but then for some reason one of the guys moved his truck and blocked my driveway. 20 minutes after that they were blaring music by my bedroom and you could hear it throughout my house. kids upset again. What's wrong with using headphones? Why block someone's driveway when you Not working for them! Why upset a day off for others around?

I have purchased many mobile homes in the past and have never found a company as great as Superior. Do not waste your time with the others on RT30 and go straight to superior. They are fair, honest, and have done a great job on 5 homes for me in the past 6 years.

I went to Superior Homes trying to find a mobile home that was available and wouldn't have to be ordered. We walked in and met with Craig Fox. He's a true gentleman and listened to what we were looking for. He showed us one right on his lot, which was just what we were looking for! We had just bought a piece of land for it to go on, so Craig was extremely patient waiting for the well and sewer and storm water management to go in before the home was delivered.

When it was delivered, it was a narrow and tricky area to maneuver in, but Craig, with his experience, know-how and patience, got it in! He has been professional yet warm and inviting to communicate with. Craig has made it a very good experience! I highly recommend him and the company.

Couldn't be more blessed with the purchase of my new home, I sold my house the end of June 2021 and had to stay 3 different places until it was ready. With the help from Steele he was able to get it ready before the date they had originally planned, a few things on the punch list, but hey what house doesn't have a few things to be fixed you could build one from ground up and find things wrong.

I know they will fix everything in a timely manner. Steele has been the best and I owe it all to him, from my 1st time walking into his office, to handing me those keys and the beautiful candle he gave me. Even though he's a Steelers fan He's been great to work with and congratulations again on your adorable new son

We just just got moved into our home this month. Couldn't be happier with it. We are so impressed by the quality of the home and the excellent job Jason Fox and his team did on helping us design, build, and have the home delivered and set. We really had a hard time finding things to put on the punch list so that should tell you something about the quality of homes by Superior Homes.

We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well built home with a professional team of people to work with. Thanks so much guys for making this an enjoyable process.
