In my experience they treat you like you're hired to do something for them, not the other way around. If you're looking at a house or lot in one of Benton's neighborhoods, beware of your actual property line vs. your usable lot. Do you want to pay taxes on and be liable for property outside of your usable yard? Do you want to pay for something and then be told that you can't use it? Then go with Jeff Benton.
