EXCELLENT experience! I cannot express enough how pleased I was with Homespect Inspections. Jim was our inspector for 3 properties in the last 3 or 4 months. My family is making a big move out of state and mostly seeing houses through virtual tours and rely heavily on home inspections to give us as much insight on the homes as we can. Jim was amazing. My parents suggested I contact him after they had gone to the inspection for a house they were looking to purchase. I'm so glad I did! Jim without my prompt, started explaining what he was doing. He also gave me tips to keep the house looking great, and prevent future problems. He was very thorough, and professional.

Jim Is An incredible inspector. Me and my wife are purchasing our first home and he walks you through and shows you what it should be and what it should be in a home inspection. Does his job very well and very professional. We noticed that he is very detailed in inspecting homes from outside to the inside. Also good at letting us know what we will need as an additional inspector for other issues if any. I will recommend him to everyone I come across! Don't have any doubt when Jim inspects out your house!

Jim was an absolutely fantastic home inspector. He came highly recommended by my realtor. My fiancee and I are first-time home buyers, and he was great to work with throughout the process. Jim fit us into his schedule very promptly, and spent quite a while explaining the process to me over the phone. During the inspection, he was careful and thorough with every part of the home. Jim talked me through everything he was reviewing, which was a great learning experience, and really made us feel better about the purchase.

Jim Willis was able to come out to inspect our home and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience! My wife and I had a few questions through the process and he was more than patient in that exchange. His experience was immediately clear and his optimism and positively were contagious. Jim from Homespect was personable and friendly yet very professional! He was very knowledgeable about the inspection process and thorough. We found some old wiring in the attic and he crawled on his hands and knees accross the dusty space to ensure it was inactive. Jim Willis is a pleasure to work with, very personable. Very professional, detailed and took A LOT of time to teach me about the potential issues with my new home purchase.
