Our HBA, the voice of Craven & Pamlico Counties home building industry, is an association of building professionals and related companies working together to provide safe and affordable housing for the people of Eastern North Carolina. We protect the American Dream of home ownership through advocacy, education, and professional business development.
The following Code of Ethics has been adopted from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to "Promote and maintain the highest standards of service in the building industry and conduct among its members". Adherence to these standards is required for membership in our Association and serves to assure public confidence in the integrity and service of our members and in the building industry.
HBA of Craven & Pamlico Counties works to uphold professional business standards. Promotion of ethical practices benefits the building industry, the consumer and the community. As your advocate in Raleigh and on Capitol Hill, The North Carolina Association of Home Builders constantly develops and supports positive legislation for the home building industry by providing technical assistance and expert testimony to lawmakers.
